In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Google MapThanks, Joe. I didn’t see that General is selected for every event. I removed it and everything looks fine now.
I might add that another client and I have been going nuts with a plugin called Quick Events from FullWorksPlugins. Numerous emails back and forth asking if the plugin can link to the Registration Form that I created but no answers. He has two sites that both used the plugin but I convinced him to use yours on one of them and it’s working just fine.
I’m also still hoping that for yet another client that we can figure out a way to sell tickets for his events that I also use your plugin on.Cheers!

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Google MapThanks, Joe, but I only installed the NitroPack yesterday. The colours weren’t showing up before that.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Google MapFollow up questions. The colour changes I made to the calendar did not work although I saved them. ??
I also used colours on the categories but they also are not showing on the events.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Google MapHi, Joe. I couldn’t figure out what to start a new topic under so forgive me for adding it here.
I have a new client who has two websites that were in a real mess. The previous designer used a calendar plugin from a developer called Fullworksplugins, but there are issues with it from single site licensing to a lack of features. As you know I’ve been using your plugin for some time now and I wanted to recommend using it to my client. Here is what is needed.
First it’s needed on two sites. The calendar then needs to show the course name and location, preferably in different colours for the locations, including the ability to change the colour when the course is full. Clicking on a course link then takes you to a registration form, which I will design using JotForm, as I have done with other sites. The form will include being able to pay using PayPal.
Most unfortunately the previous designer left the calendar blank so my client is losing a lot of money so this is rather urgent.
Appreciate your help, as always. Not sure if this is related but I’m struggling with two things. One, with events ending at midnight (12:00 AM by convention) the event shows it ends the following day. Second, I have bands that play both Friday and Saturday nights, but if I show repeat daily for the Friday listing until the Saturday I get another error saying the first event must finish first.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Google MapWeird, Joe. When I added the event then viewed it there was no map. Now it’s fine. I guess you laid your magic hands on it. Thanks.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Locations repeating with every postI followed your instructions for deleting all the duplicates and it appeared to work, merging all the locations into one, which I then set as the default, but one additional location remained so I deleted it, but it’s still there.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Locations repeating with every postI didn’t know where to start another topic, but I just wanted to add that I built a website for our local Legion branch, rcl99.ca and it’s a registered charity. It would be good if there was a single site license for the Pro version.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Locations repeating with every postSorry. Somehow I missed any updates. I’m adding events the same way I always have. It appears to have stopped adding the location every time I add an event but it would be nice to be able to just get rid of all the duplicates. I assume I can just delete them?
Also, I have a location that does have tickets for some events. Usually different for advance and at the door. I would like to show this but they don’t have anything yet to pay for them so I don’t like that it shows “buy tickets” at the bottom of the page. Is there any way to avoid this or just not use the tickets fields?
Appreciate your help.First, the previous ticket was closed before anything was solved, so I started this new one.
In every previous messages I enclosed countless photos showing how badly the photos were showing. I have confirmed that every photo is exactly the same size, 240px X 300px and every photo has the name in caps. Sometimes the sorting is not exactly alphabetical, but now photos can be all over the place, not even in the same starting letter. It is making it impossible to manage the gallery.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Locations repeating with every postThis was three months ago so any progress?
Sorry, I did not get any notice of your reply.
Although I have been using My Calendar, the support is very poor. I’ve raised a number of issues with the developer, but got no response. Among the many issues were the failure of the “end of day” to allow events that end after midnight to show on the same day, not over two days. Every time I add an event the location is duplicated in the list. Months ago the developer said he would correct this, but has done nothing.
I have looked at the TimeTable plugin and it looks good. My concern is that is just a free plugin so I wonder what the support is like? I regret there is no import function to import my more than two hundred events and all the locations, but going forward I just need a plugin that works.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Repetition PatternHmm. Two weeks ago and I still can’t get any answers. I’ve been researching other Calendar plugins but can’t find any that are as good as this one, but unless I can get answers I don’t know what to do. This is an important feature on my website for both visitors and potential advertisers, so it needs to work. Is there a Community Forum anywhere that I could get some answers?

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Repetition PatternI can’t seem to get any answers, and now it’s a disaster!
I added a bunch of events, one for March 13th, but it is now showing up all over the calendar on different days! You can view the calendar here –
https://bellevillenow.ca/my-calendar/The calendar is now totally useless so I’ll have to search for another plugin if this can’t be solved, and quickly.
