Hi @tflora ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s possible with our plugin. However, you will need to use our PDA Gold plugin and Protect WordPress Videos & Audios extension.
It protects your WordPress videos and audios link by expiring its private download links every 5 seconds (can’t download it). Once the previous private links expire, the extension auto-generates a new one that keeps the video playing smoothly.

Hi @kieran1234 ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Have you selected “Customize “No Access” Page” to your custom login page yet?

If yes but it still redirect it to WP Login page, you will need to modifying your WordPress theme’s
functions.phpfile or by using a plugin like “Theme My Login” or “LoginPress” to redirect users to a custom login page instead of the default WordPress login page.Awaiting your reply.
Hi @anwu ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, we tried to reproduce the issue on our staging site but can’t.
The error message you’re encountering,
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'toString'), indicates that somewhere in your React application, you are trying to call thetoString()method on anullvalue. This is a common issue when rendering UI elements that depend on data that might not be properly initialized or validated. The stack trace shows that the error originates from index.js:582 and TableCell.js:72. You need to check the code at these lines to see where the null value is being accessed, so we can identify the issue and fix it.
Could you help delete the current PPWP Lite, then download the PPWP Lite from this Google Drive Link, re-install it, and check if it resolves the issue, please?
If it still doesn’t work, you can contact us via our PPWP Contact Form to get the older version of PPWP Lite.
Awaiting your reply.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] PPWP not responsive?Hi @lund9900 ,
I have checked your page, and it looks like the padding of the password form is set to 200.
To fix the issue the text is vertical on mobile, you can:
- Go to Appearance >> Customize in your WordPress dashboard.
- Choose PPWP Single Password Form object in the left-hand sidebar.
- Choose Password Form.
- Adjust padding from 200 to 0.
- Press Save Change and the issue should be fixed.
Note: In the future, please avoid sharing your site’s credentials here due to the potential security risks involved. It could cause you a complete loss of control over your website because this is a Forum and anyone can see the credentials. Please help to remove the credentials you provided here immediately.
We only need to view your protected page and a test password to check the issue.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] View folder files in child themeHi @imcobarn ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, we haven’t supported override view files by adding folder inside child theme?
We have noted this request and passed it on to our dev team to check the feasibility and consider adding it in the future if possible.
