Yes, you are right Sushil. We always suggest all the WordPress users if they come up with the similar issues and somehow I missed here as such basic troubleshooting should be done by activating the default WordPress theme, deactivating all the additional third-party plugins you have installed on the site.
In this case, it seemed like the issue was due to less memory. However, plugin conflicting issue is the most common issue and we all face such an experience a number of times if we work on the WordPress platform.
Testing any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting steps would be very helpful! Instead of going back and forth, I will suggest you to please troubleshoot things by activating the default WordPress theme and deactivating all the additional third-party plugins you have installed on the staging site to be safe, as explained above. Please make a full site backup (files+database) before making any changes.
NOTE: Always ensure you are running with the updated versions of theme/plugins/WordPress on the site.

As asked there, if you are going to create a ticket at our helpdesk then you can add all the details of your site’s issues together within a single ticket. So, that we can have a clear idea to get the conclusion if anything is going wrong because of the EHF at your site.

I also tried the same and I got the expected results on my test site while troubleshooting things from my side. Take care of the 4th point as sometimes we missed the WordPress default option in such cases.
As they have mentioned In Settings > General on your WordPress Dashboard, make sure that the URLs are similar. Did you check that?
Also, the settings come from the Elementor plugin itself. If still not working, then you can ask them for the same to know their input also.
