Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation with this, sorry for the delay in replying you here.
I have seen your video and the site too. Many reasons could be for this issue and memory limit also could be one of them.
This seems like a low memory limit issue. We could not confirm this by visiting your site and checking the Memory consumption to verify the same.
You would need to edit the wp-config.php file to increase the WordPress memory limit.
Add this to the top, before the line that says, “/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */”:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
Verify the same under Elementor’s System Information if the value is updated, if not you will need to update the Memory limit using different methods mentioned here in our knowledge article:

If an issue still happening, can you please check the same with the default theme and only with the required plugins by troubleshooting things as explained here:

By looking at your query and screenshot, I have checked your site too, it seems like the conflicting issue is could be there probably. In this case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting?Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:
https://wpastra.com/docs/troubleshooting-steps/#basic-troubleshooting-stepsInstead of going back and forth, I suggest you to please troubleshoot things by activating the default WordPress theme and deactivating all the additional third-party plugins you have installed on the site, as explained above. Please make a full site backup (files+database) before making any changes.
NOTE: Always ensure you are running with the updated version on your site.
