  • Hello @bodzio16 ,

Thank you for your kind patience with this and sorry for the delay in replying you here.

I also tried the same and I got the expected results on my test site while troubleshooting things from my side. Take care of the 4th point as sometimes we missed the WordPress default option in such cases.

As they have mentioned In Settings > General on your WordPress Dashboard, make sure that the URLs are similar. Did you check that?

Also, the settings come from the Elementor plugin itself. If still not working, then you can ask them for the same to know their input also.

    Hope this helps!

Happy new year to you and you and your family members 🙂

    Thank you,
    Umar

Unfortunately URLs in settings are OK.

Hi @bodzio16, sorry for the long delay.

Is it possible for you to create a video showing what this issue actually looks like?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    hello!

Take a look on the picture https://ibb.co/D89yq7c. Instead of the full link to edit in elementor there is one without the domain. Clicking on it does 404 of course, and putting the full link into the address bar gives a login page.

    Hi @bodzio16,

Thanks for the screenshot. Is it happening only on the template you marked with the red ellipse, or the same thing is happening on all the templates? If it is happening on all the templates, what about the page that is created using Elementor?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    sorry,

It is the same with all themes, however the page what I am editing is preinstalled by theme I am using. Theme was not updated since instalation and it used to work before.

    Hello @bodzio16 ,

Thank you so much for your kind co-operation and sorry for the delay in replying you here in this thread.

If an issue still there and anything I can do from my side, I will do and then I would like to have words with the developers here on my side. For that, you can create a new support ticket from here:
    https://brainstormforce.com/open-a-ticket/

So, our team of developers can help you in the same. I anticipate hearing from you.

    Thank you,
    Umar
