In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Change de title of the review form "Submit your Review"This can be changed in the template files of the new version, 3.0.0. Note that if you change anything in the plugin directory itself, it will be undone when you update the plugin in the future. If you do need to make a customization, you can rename the wp-customer-reviews folder to wp-customer-reviews-custom after you install it to prevent WP from checking it for updates.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] WP Customer Reviews problemTry the newest version 3.0.0 – there is no mass “enable for all” buttons in the new version since it caused issues before, but it’s easy enough to enable the plugin on a few posts to see if the issue has been resolved.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Remove DatesThis will be an enhancement in a later release. Version 3.0.0 has been released and you can easily hide the date using your theme CSS file, something like this would work for 3.0.0 – place in your theme file so it doesn’t get wiped out when the plugin updates.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Email AlertsIt sends email to the admin_email setting as defined in Settings -> General for your WP installation.
Version 3.0.0 was just released, so give it a try to see if it works better for you 🙂

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Not getting any email alertsI believe the email used for notifications is what is in Settings -> General for your WP install itself. We use the standard WP email function, so if it doesn’t work, something is broken between WP and your email sending service.
But… version 3.0.0 was just released, so give it a try 🙂

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Need to think seriously before installing this pluginThe issue has been resolved in v3 which is going to be released soon ( possibly tonight! ) – v3 has been in beta for several months and everybody had the opportunity to apply for the beta and confirm that bugs were fixed. If an issue has been marked as resolved, it is because it was resolved in the latest beta, not necessarily the current stable version.
This is a community support forum and I don’t often check what people post here. We do have a new official issue tracker for v3 which is a much better way of submitting bugs and feature requests than this forum.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Edititing reviewsCan’t you just write the admin response and then hit enter and/or click outside of the edit box. It should automatically save when you click outside and the editor will close and save what you have entered – I think that is how it works.
