Hi – The plugin works great, except that no emails are being received when someone leaves a review. Has that feature been discontinued?

How can I get the emails to get sent?

What happens if there are two USERS identified as Administrators?

Right now, I’ve only got one to see if I can get this working, but normally there would be two.

I believe the email used for notifications is what is in Settings -> General for your WP install itself. We use the standard WP email function, so if it doesn’t work, something is broken between WP and your email sending service.

But… version 3.0.0 was just released, so give it a try 🙂

Hi Bompus – sorry for the duplicate questions. There have been so few responses here, so I wanted to try and catch you somehow.

I upgraded to V3 and I’m still not getting emails. When someone comments on a post, I get the emails, so I think the standard WP email function is working.

    Any ideas on troubleshooting?

    Thanks,
    Kathleen

When somebody comments on a post, the post author gets an email, which could be different from your WP admin email setting.

That’s it Bompus! Thanks. I thought it was using the email assigned to the User identified as the admin. Sorry to bother you with an operator error! It’s working now.
