In reply to: how to add a comment for multiple posts at once?Heya sohamcf,
What exactly is an “attachment page”? Do you have a link where we can see this in action?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] jigoshopHeya rituadmin,
You should find that under the “Catalogue and Pricing” in a section called “Currency Display“. I believe that is on the “jigoshop-admin-settings-options.php” page.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: Redirect problem after registeringHeya niket115,
Just confirmed your challenge by submitting info to register at your site. Have you tried deactivating the plugins you have that are adding the captcha action and the “Connect with:” (social media services) in order to see if the default WordPress registration also causes this challenge?
Let us know.

In reply to: Crop tool not workingHeya cnever,
Nothing “jumps” out at me with that code, however, admittedly, I am still learning about hooks and actions and things. My trouble shooting tip, though, would be to ask if you have gone back to the default WordPress theme (making sure no adjustments or additions have been made to the functions.php file) and see if you are able to see the images in the cropping tool at that point. If so, clearly the challenge is in the custom theme.
Let us know.

Well, I’m going to take credit for getting your noodle a thinking π
Seriously, glad you got it all straightened out.

In reply to: Open Source Software Site: Theme/Plugin SuggestionsThere’s pretty much plugins to do all the things you’re mentioning in your post. Did you have a look at BuddyPress? Good stuff there.

In reply to: Featured Posts pluginHeya Coldpl7,
Sincerely, not to be snarky, but did you do a search on the Plugin repository? A search for “Featured Posts” shows over 1,000 possiblities.
Hope that helps you.

In reply to: Crop tool not workingHeya cnever,
When you say you had the “…exact same problem…” does that mean you are using a custom made theme for your site? If so, did you check the spacing (gaps as they are called in that thread) in the functions.php AND any .php files (the code in those files) which might be called in the functions.php file?
Let us know.

In reply to: how to drill down categories via custom taxonomyHeya carrie001,
Not sure if this will solve your problem (based upon how I’m understanding your description of it), but did you check out the Taxonomies page in the Codex? Scroll down and check out the section on “Listing the terms“.
Hopefully that will prompt you in a good direction for the solution you desire.
Cheers!

In reply to: Content on Add New PostAhhh, have you looked at using “Peter’s Post Notes“? I love it, use it all the time, even just for my own reminders and benefit (I don’t have other admins on my sites).
And on one client site, I use Peter’s Post Notes with “Peter’s Collaboration Emails“.
Maybe one of both of those will get you to the functionality you’re striving for without the complication of hacking cored code? Hope so!
Cheers!

In reply to: masonry and boot strap wordpressHeya ProbablyBest,
Are you referring to jQuery Masonry and using that with “The Bootstrap” WordPress theme?
If the above is what you’re using, not sure how well Masonry works with that specific theme, but have you checked out “10+ jQuery Masonry WordPress Themes with Modern Style“?
Some pretty cool stuff there. Hope this gets you to the site you want.
Cheers!

In reply to: widget configuration not savingHeya thatmadgirl,
Are there any special widgets you are adding to the sidebar? Could you list the ones you are adding here? It’s possible one of them has some icky code that might prevent the saving of your changes.
Another thing you might try is to revert back to the default Twenty Eleven theme and see if your widget changes save and display in that theme. There is always the chance that the Coraline theme you are using does not like you π
Let us know.
Cheers!
