I couldn’t see the page since you have the Coming Soon site up, but I can tell you that you can change the image settings in the plugin. To do so, go to Directory > Settings > Appearance > Image.

I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this! I just tried to reproduce the issue on my test site, but didn’t have any luck.
We would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further. Can you please provide steps on how to reproduce the problem, including screenshots of what you see and link(s) to the right pages to start from? A link to your website is helpful as well.
To expedite the issue further, please do a short screencast of the issue or send screenshots showing the exact steps to reproduce the issue. We recommend useloom.com for the screencast and Lightshot ( https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html ) for screenshots. If it helps, you can number the steps and include links to the exact pages you are using when you had a problem.

Thanks for your question!
Right now, the only fields that can be added to the Quick Search are the Regions and ZIP Code fields if you have those premium modules installed.
There are a few workarounds I can suggest here, however:
1. Use the Advanced Search shortcode [businessdirectory-search] instead. This page in our Knowledge Base shows you what that looks like by default, but you can affect the view with custom CSS and place that wherever you’d like on your site: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/knowledge-base/quick-search-and-advanced-search/
2. I’ve seen users create the type of search they want using our search widget under Appearance > Widgets. You can choose the fields you want to search using that, then copy the code and place that where you’d like. Again, you will need to adjust appearance with custom CSS.

Has the customer checked BD translations? Recent changes to the plugin might cause data loss on some translations. Those should be listed again in WPML as non-translated strings for BD.

Right now, this is not possible in the plugin. I’ve looked for another plugin that would do this, but unfortunately haven’t been able to find one that is kept up to date and that works with custom post types.

Can you please verify that you are using live credentials and not test credentials on the site?

Right now, we don’t have a way to turn this off in the plugin. Perhaps she could add a filter to send those notifications to a different folder in her inbox?
The “pending” ads information is used in the abandoned purchase email that is sent to people who get this far in published a listing and don’t complete payment.
For listing management, it may be best to ignore the pending listings? Or delete them in bulk? You can use the filters on the admin page to select all pending listings and delete them in bulk.
I can certainly also put in an enhancement request for consideration if you’d like.

Thanks for your question.
This is not possible with the plugin, as the user accounts are tied to the payment information, especially if the fee plan is recurring. If user registration occurred after payment, the user could pay for a listing and then not register at all, leaving you stuck with a payment that isn’t attached to a listing.
I can submit this for consideration by our development team as a possible future enhancement, but I can’t make any promises on the timeline for development.
