Hi @meganme517

That’s a setting under Directory > Settings > Listings > Buttons. Uncheck the box next to Show the “Submit listing” button and save your changes.

I’m sorry to say that I had to delete the plugin, as I couldn’t afford to have the site down for too long. But it seemed helpful — you are saying that this was definitely an issue with the plugin? And not something with my site? I might try it again if so.

Thanks for reporting this. I have been able to replicate this issue for V3 of reCATPCHA and have added it to our bug list to fix for a future release. We don’t yet have an estimate on when this issue will be resolved, so it may not be right away.

I’d recommend using V2, as I didn’t have any problems with that in my testing.

Thanks for your questions! Many of these can be answered by searching in our Knowledge Base, but I’ve responded to each one inline below, with links where relevant:

1) Is there a way to add personal like( not Facebook) or heart or favorite for a visitor to like
We have Facebook likes, but not personal favorites for our custom post types at this time. That’s something we can consider for future development.

2) How to add Verified Badge
We don’t specifically support a Verified Badge at this time, though we do offer Featured Listings, which have a Featured Listing Badge that you can customize.

3) If a person wants to move his directory from another WordPress directory plugin, what can he or she do?
For this, if the other site offers a way to export the listings you can then import them into Business Directory Plugin using our CSV Import tool. You can learn more about that in our Knowledge Base here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/knowledge-base/csv-import-export/

4) How to add YouTube?

5) How to add map?

7) How to create a custom field that will display Youtube Video?

Hi @maxxo2

Thanks for letting me know. This sounds like a cache issue possibly. We recommend clearing the server cache if you have one (which is found either in your hosting settings or on your plugin settings for things like WP Super Cache and W3TC if you have them installed), as well as your client browser cache.

The best way to get uncached data on your browser is to use a Private Browsing window or Incognito mode (depending on your browser). That ensures you’re seeing the latest, correct data.

Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.

I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this!

We release version 4.x over a year ago and older versions are no longer supported. Have you tried updating the plugin? That may help here.

Thanks for your question!

We have a Facebook likes field, which allows you to Like a Facebook page right from the listing. However, it doesn’t currently display all of the Facebook Likes of the listing at this time. You may be able to find another plugin that will add this functionality, and we can add it to our enhancement list for further consideration.
