I haven’t done anything with Hooks. It is as the default settings. Thanks.
The header and footer were originally based on the Avada Retail prebuilt, but customised to suit the client’s business. I have changed both the Labels on the live site to appear “on image” until a fix is available for “above title”. Here are the backend screenshots for the Global Header and Global Footer. They have some conditional rendering depending on Device type.
Thanks.

https://snipboard.io/aJUrMH.jpgHi,
Whole site is built in Avada. Additional plugins are primarily to do with Shipping and Payment.
Thanks.Hi,
I have looked again, and I can confirm the following: It only happens on Shop pages, it almost always happens when you run a search. It is only the Label that is set to show “above title”. In my case it is the “Special Order” label. There are only a couple of categories on the site that use the “Special Order” tag. They are: “Kegerator, Kegs & Fonts” and “Cheesemaking Kits”. See attached screenshots. Hope you can replicate and fix it. Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce causes 500 Internal Server errorHi again,
The original daylight saving (timezone) issue was caused by the Woocommerce SEO widget, based on my error log. It was in Woocommerce Admin version 2.7.1. Version 2.7.2 of Woocommerce Admin fixed it. I have deliberately not updated to Woocommerce 5.8 as I have been caught out in the past with websites crashing. I prefer to wait a bit for a .1 update. My client’s site is working just fine on the older version.
I note that a number of people have reported issues with 5.8, so best to be careful.
Sorry I can’t offer any solution, other than to roll back to previous version, and update Woocommerce Admin only. Best of luck.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce causes 500 Internal Server errorHi,
I had the same problem. I’m in Australia and realised it happened after we went to Daylight Saving. So I just changed the timezone to Brisbane (we are on Sydney time). I think it has been fixed in 2.7.2.
AnnetteHi Dave,
Thanks. That solved the problem. I didn’t have to reset the account. Last password worked fine.Annette

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Optional Address Fields causing Paypal ErrorsI setup the staging site and tested with the latest Woocommerce update, and it is fixed. It seems to have been a problem with Woocommerce after all.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Optional Address Fields causing Paypal ErrorsRK, Thanks for getting back to me. I will need a bit of time to set this up and test but I will say that I use the same theme builder for all my sites, including another Woocommerce site which uses Paypal Standard, and I have never had any problems with it. I will check with the theme builder also and come back to you.
Hi @wfalaa,
Thanks for replying. Will have to check the other plugins based on your advice. Thanks,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax not Working after 3.0.4. updateI also suspected WP Super Cache and so that was the first thing I turned off. But I hadn’t made any changes to tax rate and/or settings and everything had been working just fine.
I will go back and double check everything again just to be sure.
Thanks for your assistance.
