In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] MPN requires identifier_exists marked YesHi Jay,
We have updates from the developers.
Currently, there is no way to simply enable it.
Google advised to leave that logic to them, and just provide identifiers if you have them. See https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/issues/1592I think, you may try to hack it yourself with
woocommerce_gla_product_attribute_valueshook.I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Sorely Lacking FeaturesHi there,
Thanks for taking time to review the plugin. I went through your review and I believe you had difficulties getting it to work on your site.
However, the plugin is working for other users and from our own test sites, as mentioned in the plugin’s features. So, I wanted to reach out and see if we could get you any help and clarifications.
If you’ve decided that you don’t want to work through this any further, I totally understand. If that’s the case, please just ignore this reply. Otherwise, could you please create a support ticket and attach a link to this review?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Not available in australiaHi @thetonto,
Braintree is supported for Australian merchants, so that shouldn’t be a problem:
https://www.braintreepayments.com/en-au/faqHowever, the sign-up flow from WooCommerce only supports US merchants at the moment, so if you still need to sign up for Braintree, I recommend signing up from their website first.
Hi @nikame,
You can use a plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-php/ to insert snippets.
Why isn’t there simply a button “Delete all Products from Facebook” – like “Sync products”.
It would be great to have you add your ideas to the [Ideas Board](https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce?category_id=398356), which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
Please note: The WooCommerce Ideas Board is being migrated to WooCommerce.com. We’ve temporarily locked all forums until the migration is complete.
Once the migration is complete, you will automatically be redirected to our new Feature Request Portal.
Thanks!
Hi @shihabrocks,
That box should not be normally checked by default. Here’s a screenshot of how it looks like from my test site:

WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping optionsthen, ensure the destination is not forced to the shipping address. See screenshot below from my test site:

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Cannot Update “Do not sync” on productsHi @alabalaa,
To keep things organized, then, per the forum guidelines, please start your own topic? We’ll be more than happy to help there 🙂
See you!
Hi @pimwick,
Thanks for sharing the logs.
Could you confirm that everything runs off the same account, XXXX@XXXX.com being the account email address and that the site has not been added to any other Google Accounts – this would include such options as YouTube, Search Console, AdSense and Google Analytics held in other Google Accounts?
Could you also please attempt to reconnect the Merchant Account, by proceeding with the “Start listing products” option on the Google Listings & Ads page?
It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment. Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Update product image on facebook shop?Hi @kstavrov,
I’m glad to know you are enjoying the Facebook for WooCommerce extension so far.
Yes, if you change the main image of an existing product in my website, it will be automatically changing in the Facebook shop too as long as the
sync and showis enabled. However, you can manually force that change too.
If you’d disabled automatic sync, you could try manually syncing the products fromMarketing → Facebook → Sync Products(screenshot below):
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Atn8x0Once done, allow approximately 15 minutes for the sync to complete.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] “Page not found” errorHi @jdgd,
It may be possible to enter the settings directly into the database, but that is outside the scope of support for this channel.
For the problem you are experiencing, it might have something to do with the other active plugins, or a caching plugin issue (We’ve seen caching plugins do weird stuff sometimes).
Is it okay if you turn other plugins off temporarily to troubleshoot what’s going on? When you’re done you’ll activate them.
Ensure debug mode is enabled too.
If the problem persists, head toWooCommerce > Status > Logsand in a dropdown, find a Google Analytics error log timestamped around the time you did a test setting. Select, that, click view, copy the log and send it to us.Thanks!
Hi there @kristinubute,
Please see the replies to your questions below:
- Yes, you could change it there and trigger a sync again.
- It’s possible to sync only one product by setting other products to “Do not sync”.
- There are no settings to program the automatic sync of products to Facebook.
- While the extension doesn’t have an option to specify how often the catalog syncs (this will depend on many factors such as changes to products or the site… or just updates), you can disable syncing and manually sync it whenever you like you. The Catalog Syncing section of the docs explains this setting, which looks like this:
Thanks!

If that’s the case, please just ignore this reply. Otherwise, could you let me know if you tried the suggestion from the support topic?
Once I have a bit more information, I’m happy to help get everything resolved for you.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Conflict with WPNOTIF and Additional GatewayHi Harish,
Does the Google Listings & Ads work when the Additional SMS Gateway plugin is not active or vice versa?
If yes, this could be a compatibility problem, and I’d recommend finding an alternative plugin for either one of them.
If you continue having problems with only Google Listings & Ads active, please follow the steps recommended by 3 Sons Development below:
I’d suggest looking through the issues related to Guzzle on GitHub. See if any of them match what you’re running into.
If you don’t see any, feel free to open up a new issue there. Compatibility can’t be promised for the tens of thousands of plugins out there but the developers do try to make our extensions as compatible as possible by following standards and best practices.
Thanks!
