Please navigate to

You can try the above steps, give the sync about 12hrs, then check again if it’s solved.
If the problem persists, please share a screenshot of the errors you are getting.
Check
WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
There will be a dropdown. Kindly click on the dropdown and look for any fatal errors on the site.
If there is, please share it with us. Choose the most recent error, then copy and paste in your next reply.Also, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Are you looking to pre-fill the attributes fields with the values you imported by default so that they sync to Google without any adjustments from you?
If my understanding above is correct, please refer to my recommendations below.
These fields data would need to be entered separately for each one or imported. An import may be able to help you import the GTINs faster than doing it manually, but I am not 100% sure how to do it using the WP all import plugin.
This would be possible using the built-in import feature of WooCommerce. First, you will be populating the Google Listing & Ads fields to get/export the sample CSV file.
Next, add your products details to the exported sample CSV file with sample GTIN to ensure the values are entered correctly in the CSV, then import it into your site.

The logs you have shared so far have suggested two possible causes for the problem you’re facing:
The error
Google account is not connectedis self-explanatory. The second problem could be due to a fatal error caused by conflict with other plugins. As a next step, Please visit https://www.yoursiteurl.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page try to disconnect and connect your Google account again.PS: Replace
www.yoursiteurl.comwith your site URL.If the problem still exists, go to
WooCommerce > Status > Logsand look for the latest fatal error log and Google Listing & Ads log with the latest date.Please include full logs in your reply.

That is odd. I’m sorry to hear of your difficulties on setting up the plugin.
It sounds like an option (gla_redirect_to_onboarding) might not be being set correctly due to the site system environment or caching.
If you have any caching plugin active, please deactivate it for now and try the recommendation here to see if you can connect, finally:

I’m sorry to read you are having difficulties setting up the Google Listings & Ads plugin. Please note that you can use WooCommerce without this plugin.
So far, WooCommerce seems to be the best way to easily sell on WordPress with easy scalability and customization.
If you decide to continue troubleshooting this problem, to better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs.
To find the generated logs:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
- In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest log file for google-listings-and-ads, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
- Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response, so we can take a look.
