the images generated by the shortcode for product categories (product_categories) does not include the height, just the width.
If you are still facing this problem, can you please share a link to see this in action from your site?

The error is usually due to a problem with your PayPal account and not with your site
I recommend contacting PayPal support regarding your account to see if there are any troubles with it — it could be that your account isn’t fully vetted, or it requires an additional setup before payments can be taken.
I’d also cross-check the following before getting in touch with them:
1. You have entered your PayPal email address or PayPal Identity Token incorrectly. Please confirm your PayPal email address and PayPal Identity Token are entered correctly within
WooCommerce > Settings Payments > PayPal.2. Your customers may also see this if Encrypted Website Payments set to ON. Setting it to OFF will resolve the issue. This setting can be adjusted from within your PayPal account by navigating to
Profile → Selling Preferences → Website Payment Preferencesand selecting OFF under Encrypted Website Payments.Full Image: https://d.pr/JCtUsB
