Hi there Carmine,
I’ve made a little effort, but I did not get what the first question is. Please explain that in more details.
As for the “Missing event name” problem, please share a screenshot of the error message you see.
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.

Hi @battouly
Thanks for the effort, sometimes my english is awful, I try to explain better.
Basically I thought that server side events are activated thanks to the plugin, but I can see just one of 4 event coming also from server.
Do I need to install code or set something to let it work correctly?
To make it really simple I expect to see “browser-server” in every event https://snipboard.io/Eq8Jzx.jpg and not just for add to cart.
For the second issue Missing event name I have the following solution
Open your website’s source code and find event code snippets that don’t include an event name. Update your event code to include a name for each event.
The fact is that this event it’s coming from a strange url which I clearly can’t check(not even reach), as I said before the url is fbapp://*longnumberhere*/unknown, probably Url it’s not even the right way to call this string.
You can see the event in the last row in the screenshot here https://snipboard.io/Eq8Jzx.jpg
And this is the reported issue
https://snipboard.io/aQ1AgJ.jpg
I translate it for you
Missing name Event
One or more of your events does not have a name. This could impact your return on ad spend and prevent you from optimizing your ads for this event.
How to solve the problem
You will need to use the solution below to resolve this issue. Learn more
Once the problem is fixed in your website code, you can mark it as fixed. This will move the problem to the Previously Detected section. If the problem is found again after 3 days, it will be moved to the Under Resolution section.
Open your website’s source code and find event code snippets that don’t include an event name. Update your event code to include a name for each event.
Thanks a lot!

Hi there,
Thanks for providing these screenshots, they’re very helpful. I was wondering, which extension are you using to connect WooCommerce with Facebook?
Also, are you using any other tracking/pixel plugins such eg. “Pixel your site” to track events?
Hi there Carmine,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
You can still comment on this thread too.
Best!
