In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Individual Product Details are missingHi there,
I will have to manually edit each product to add details in the Facebook tab. Is there any way to do this automatically?
This way is the way to go by default. You will have to add the attributes manually for the existing items.
Now, I just want to ask, can I skip sync for few categories like uncategorized.
You can exclude some categories from sync from Facebook for WooCommerce
version 2.4.0. To exclude the categories, go toMarketing > Facebook > Product syncand type in the field the category you wish to remove, then save.I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] permission required for wrong domaniHi @fattimiei,
It sounds like the Facebook account was connected to another website before.
Also, having admin access to the page isn’t quite enough permission, as required by Business Manager. You have to be the admin and the owner of the business manager and related assets.
Can you please confirm if the Facebook account you are connecting to is yours?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Out of stock products show as In stockHi @colyz93,
If I understand, the products are out of stock from your site but, from your Facebook catalogue the products are in stock?
As a first step, I’d like to get a better idea of how your stock management is set up for the affected products. Would you please share a screenshot of the “Inventory” tab from the admin edit page for one of the products?
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook connection failingHi @petrakosa,
Thanks for the screenshots, yes that option looks correct on your site the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin selects the option by default.
If you are the owner of the assets you are connecting to (Facebook page and Business Manager), please contact Facebook to see if they have any hints.
You have to make sure the assets are yours. Only being admin is not enough.
You can reach out to the Facebook Business support at Facebook, via the Contact support link for further support on this.
You may clarify, that we recommended reaching out to them on this.
Please keep us posted on any possible fix.
Best.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] FB for WOOCommerce won’t connect or somethingHi @thezoomguy,
To enable the debugging tool for Facebook for WooCommerce, go to:
Marketing > Facebookyou will be under theConnectiontab – check the debugging box and save the changes.Link to image: https://d.pr/i/3k8dlC
Once that is done, if you take any action with Facebook such as manual trigger, the logs will be saved under:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You can still comment on this ticket after it has been marked as solved, but if we don’t hear from you for over a week, we may consider it sold.
For now, I updated it to not solved.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Complete Setup Button Does Not WorkHi there!
Could you share a screenshot of the page with the button which doesn’t work please?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Next, navigate to
WooCommerce > Status > Logsand from the dropdown on the right, select any logs starting withgoogle-listings-and-adsfrom the date you tried to connect, and select View.It should look like this:
- Full Size: https://d.pr/i/vnKKf8
Then share the logs in your reply. Alternatively, if they are lengthy, you can paste them into another tool such as https://pastebin.com and share that link with us instead.
From the same page,
WooCommerce > Status > Logs, from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error from the same date.If so, please select ‘View’ and copy and paste them into your reply here.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] You don’t have permission to edit these settings.Hi @prodigito,
It sounds like you are just admin and not owner of the Facebook assets you are trying to connect to.
When connecting your site to Facebook via Facebook for WooCommerce, the profile used to log in has to be the owner of the assets, not just admins. We’ve seen errors similar to the one you are getting displayed when the merchants don’t own the page or catalog or pixel, as it’s actually owned by someone else/another business.
If you are not the owner of the assets, reach out to the owner, provide them with admin access to the site and guide them on how to connect to the right assets.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] GeoLocation stopped workingHi @boardlife,
The file link you attached above did not work for me.
If I get it correctly, at this point what is not working is currency and language detection based on Geolocation.
If my understanding above is the case, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report found under:
WooCommerce / Status.Click on the
Get system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment. If the currency and language plugins are third party plugins, we will guide you accordingly.

Hi @scmsteve,
We some updates from the developers, which I’m sharing below.
————-
After a couple of testing, here is what the developer I found :
- The updates will be fired if refresh button in shipstation is clicked. https://paste.pics/D56IQ
- From what I can test, All WooCommerce order change will be pushed if ShipStation refresh button is clicked.
- I have created a PR for this issue based on this report.
- When the order status changes, either from processing -> on-hold or on-hold -> processing, it will be updated in ShipStation if we click refresh button.
- I tested this by deactivating the WC ShipStation plugin. And I can confirm that the information will only be pushed if WC ShipStation plugin is activated. In addition, I saw this : https://paste.pics/D56WB when I tried to refresh with WC ShipStation plugin deactivated and the order information is not updated.
