Can you please confirm if you have completed the WooCommerce update?
If I get it correctly, products are partially syncing.
Did you make sure all products are set to “sync and show”?
What happens when you create a new product, does is sync?

The question is a bit different: how I need to configure FB Pixel code to force pixel to remove some sensitive information from the URL BEFORE sending it to Facebook?
We don’t have a specific way to configure this by default with Facebook for WooCommerce.

While displaying variations as options with ‘+price’ that can be added to a product is not possible by default with WooCommerce Core, this is possible with the Product Add-Ons extension.
The Product Add-Ons extension allows you to add paid or free options to your products using several field types including radio buttons, checkboxes, drop-down fields, custom text inputs, and more.
However, with this topic involving custom snippet and fairly complex, I will leave it open just in case someone else in the community can help further with the request.

Do you mean you have installed Facebook for WooCommerce?
Do you have any other pixel tracking plugins installed?
For the “AddToCart Event Missing Deduplication Parameter”, we have seen this error message before.There’s a similar issue here: https://github.com/facebookincubator/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/369 hopefully that helps too.
