I have a wordpress MU with woocommerce, with several stores, and I would like to know if there is a hook I can use to schedule the synchronization of products
I understand you have a WordPress Multisite and would like to controle the schedule of Facebook sync to the Facebook catalog for all sites in the network – is that the case?
If yes, this is not possible out of the box with the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.
In general, it’s not possible to control the sync when the site is connected to Facebook and the products are set to sync and show.
It would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

Can you please confirm if you are both the owner and admin of the assets you are trying to connect to? If you are not the owner of the Business Manager and Facebook page, please note that you have to be the owner and admin of the assets.
In case you are the owner and admin of the assets, as a next step, I recommend you reach out to the Facebook Business support at Facebook, via the Contact support link for further support on this.

Let’s see what could be causing this behavior.
To better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs.
First, check to make sure that logs are enabled via
Marketing > Facebook.To find the generated logs:
- Go to
WooCommerce > Status > Logs - In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Facebook log that you need, then click
viewto load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd - Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response, so we can take a look.
Next, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment.Last but not least, share a full screenshot of the error message you are getting.

1: whatโs the difference with paypal standard and paypal checkout plugin.
The PayPal Checkout option adds the PayPal button on different screens throughout your site, making it easier / quicker for your customers to checkout.
With PayPal Checkout, your customers can complete transactions in just a few steps, using their shipping and billing information already stored securely at PayPal to check out, so they donโt have to re-enter it on your site.
The PayPal Standard option adds the PayPal payment option only on the checkout page. This means your customers will have to fill out the checkout form first, then select PayPal, then be directed to PayPal to fill out billing details, then back to your store.
If you already have PayPal Checkout enabled, I’d recommend leaving that one activated and deactivating the PayPal Standard option.

2: Is paypal checkout only for paypal business account ?
Yes, a PayPal business account is required for the PayPal Checkout plugin.

It’s not easy to tell what may be causing this error when the functionalities of other third party plugins are involved.
As a next step, I’d recommend testing how it behaves without using Elementor templates for descriptions and shortcodes to display product descriptions.
If it works just fine, then you will want to contact Elementor to know more about what could be the reason of the error.
In case, the behavior persist with only WooCommerce Core features, please reply here with steps to replicate and the screenshot of the full error message.
