Catalog product id issue

    Hello,

    The product ids are changing when exported by the catalog. This makes impossible for FB to match the products and thus the match rate is very low.

    For example my product ID (or SKU) for a product is:

    WC3-T01C12

    and once exported it becomes:

    WC3-T01C12_23799

    Why we have this extra id “_23799” added automatically?

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

    Hi @alexmietis,

    By “once exported it” do you mean when you sync the product to the Facebook catalog?

    Can you please share screenshots to illustrate this behavior?
