For now, it’s just a notice, so nothing should be breaking because of it. Updating your theme and plugins to their newest versions should fix the error and get rid of that message.

It looks like the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly.
Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:
- Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
- Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
- Go to to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for
wc_facebook_external_business_id(only if you had the plugin working on the site before) - Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
- Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

Is it not possible to use both versions at the same time on the same website?
It’s not possible to run both UA and GA4 code on the same website by default. The feature suggested above is not something for can help troubleshoot.
As stated in the linked topic:
I’d note that this Google Analytics feature should possibly still be considered BETA. As it’s a feature of the Google website itself it’s also not something we could offer assistance or support with.
