I understand the process failed to install the Google Listings & Ads extension with the following error:
“Could not install google listings and ad plugin. The requested plugin ‘google-listings-and-ads’ could not be installed. Upgrader installer failed.”As a next step, please uncheck Google Listings & Ads from the recommended business feature tab (if not yet done) and complete the onboarding process.

Plugins > Add newtab and try to install the Google Listings & Ads from there.

Please leave the Instagram option deselected and see if that allows you to select the pixel.
You may want to make sure there are browser or site cache too.

Please provide the System Status Report and then enable Square debug logging, attempt to place a test order, head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and in a dropdown, find a Square error log timestamped around the time they did a test order. Select, that, click view, copy the log and send it to us.
You can get the System Status Report by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment.Thanks!

“The value for ‘currency’ is not formatted correctly. We were expecting a currency code without currency symbol”Please make sure you are using a supported currency. The documentation contains a list of all available currencies: Accepted currencies for Facebook ads

Just to confirm – did you click the button to connect your WordPress.com connect, followed the details to connect to WordPress.com, and when redirected back to your site you got the error you mentioned?
Do you have any security or caching extensions on your site that may block Jetpack or rest API?
