In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] I bought Pro@tzam, could you please make sure you have successfully installed the Pro version? It seems like you haven’t installed the pro version yet and are still running BackupGuard Free.
Please double check you have correctly followed these steps:
– Login to your personal dashboard here: https://backup-guard.com (your credentials were sent to you via email)
– Navigate to “Products” section and download the Pro package
– Follow the instructions to link your website
– Login to WordPress and uninstall Free version from your dashboard
– Install the downloaded Pro version of the plugin like described in the link: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro
– Login to BackupGuard plugin with the same credentialsThat’s it! You’ve successfully installed and authorized your Pro version.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Migration vs. Backup@pgattuso, when you create a migration package we keep some meta information from the current installation to be able to complete migration on the destination. But the latest BackupGuard versions support automatic migration feature. This means, both packages (standard backup & migration) will be properly restored or migrated on any destination.
@trevorlock, could please open a ticket for this: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p. So, we’ll look into it.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Backup PhP executive time 30 seconds@karencole37, you’ve opened two support topics for this issue. As I’ve already answered you there, what’s the log for this failed backup? Could you please send the backup log file to let us analyze it and provide further instructions for this?
P.S. You can open a support ticket for this too: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Migration is fail@yea73920, You can download the mentioned log file by following instructions described in the link:https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/download-restore-log.
In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Migration is fail@yea73920, have you checked your restore log to see what’s the problem? Could you please open a ticket and send me your restore log file (https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p).

Lisa Breen@rodbauer, thank you for your interest! I’m happy to say, that we have such plans to integrate your cloud in our plugin in very near future. But it’s missing option at this moment. I’m also unable to provide an estimation when this integration will be ready.
P.S. Also, we’d be glad to see about BackupGuard in your blog post.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] error@naxiand, this could be due to conflicts with other plugins. I’d recommend to disable your plugins, and re-enable them one by one to see which one cases this conflict.

@rspandey62, What’s the problem with opening a support ticket here: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p? If you’re unable to open a ticket, please write us a direct email to support@backup-guard.com. Please indicate this topic in your message to let me identify it.
@ilbeda, you’re describing an issue we’ve not heard since we’ve released this product. I don’t want to say 100% BackupGuard wasn’t fault, but I know how the plugin functions and this shouldn’t be cause of such a strange issue. Could you please try to connect with FTP client and delete this path from your server: “/wp-content/plugins/backup/”. If you’re running pro version, the path should be: “/wp-content/plugins/backup-guard-sliver” or “…-gold” or “…-platinum”. Please check this out and keep me posted about your progress.
