    Hello,

    I bought the Pro version but it still says I’m running the free version

    I bought the pro on 09/28/2017 for 9.95 & it cleared my bank on 10/02/2017

    How can we get this fix? thanks

    @tzam, could you please make sure you have successfully installed the Pro version? It seems like you haven’t installed the pro version yet and are still running BackupGuard Free.

    Please double check you have correctly followed these steps:

    – Login to your personal dashboard here: https://backup-guard.com (your credentials were sent to you via email)
    – Navigate to “Products” section and download the Pro package
    – Follow the instructions to link your website
    – Login to WordPress and uninstall Free version from your dashboard
    – Install the downloaded Pro version of the plugin like described in the link: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro
    – Login to BackupGuard plugin with the same credentials

    That’s it! You’ve successfully installed and authorized your Pro version.
