In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Unimpressed@dmt4566, did you receive any error message or warning?
P.S. What’s the problem with non-standard format. We provide a public software called SGBP Extractor which you can use as a native desktop application to extract your archives: https://backup-guard.com/downloads/
Regards,
Lisa Breen@wavejd, Could you please open a support ticket, so I’ll take your email from there to keep you posted as the feature will be released.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Not uploading to dropbox@arturocivit, you’re running Sliver version, that’s why some options are missing on your side. But that’s not the problem! From the attached screenshots I guess you miss to check upload to cloud option during initiating a new backup. In the first screenshot where the popup is visible, try to check “Upload to cloud” option, then check “Upload to Dropbox”. Please check this out and keep me posted about your progress

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] email notifications stopped working@noteryonit, could you please open a support ticket here for this issue: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p? Our developers will connect to check it for you.
P.S. BackupGuard uses your WordPress email functionality. If it fails, I guess all outgoing emails fail on your side. I mean, most probably the problem comes from your hosting or WordPress installation. Anyway, if you open a support ticket, we’ll be able to investigate it and provide insights regarding your issue.
@noteryonit, coud you please checkout the backup log file? Also, please send it to me, so I’ll be able to analyze it.
P.S. You can open a support ticket here and send the log file as an attachment there: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p
Regards,
Lisa BreenI see it! I’ve reported this to our developers. Definitely we’ll support this in the upcoming updates.

Regards,
Lisa Breen@karencole37, on the side bar of each WordPress topic you can find “Subscribe” or “Unsubscribe” button. Click on “Unsubscribe” if you don’t want to receive emails anymore.
Regards,
Lisa Breen@multru, could you please check your restore log file to see if there’re warnings or errors found. If you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can connect via FTP client and navigate to “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory. All backups and related stuff you can find there.
Regards,
Lisa Breen@wavejd, yes it’s supported! I don’t think there will be issues with that. In case you’ll face an issue, please keep me posted and I’ll do my best to figure it out for you.
Regards,
Lisa Breen@kjoubert, This happens when cURL or PHP Stream calls are being blocked. I’d recommend to check the followings if it’s related to the scheduled backups only:
– Please make sure you don’t have such rules in your Hosting Firewall configurations to block calls from your IP address to the same IP address. In other words contact your hosting and ask them to whitelist your IP address.
– If you have any security plugins installed on your WordPress, try to disable them to make sure they doesn’t interfere BackupGuard calls.
Please check them out and keep me posted about your progress.
Regards,
Lisa Breen@papoola, you don’t need to add any search/replace rules for migration. All this stuff is being managed by BackupGuard. I don’t think you’ll face an issue during migrating your Multisite Network. In case you face it, please keep me posted and I’ll do my best to help you figure it out asap.
P.S. Just one note for you. BackupGuard supports Multisite WordPress migration. But you can restore or migrate the entire network. In other words you can’t restore/migrate sub-suites individually.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] email notifications stopped working@noteryonit, please check if you’ve configured email address for email notifications. I’d also recommend to disable and re-enable this option to make sure your changes were affected. You can checkout the following documentation regarding email notifications: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/receive-email-notification
