P.S. As the website is down, you can connect via FTP client and find the respective log files in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

Lisa Breen@svipic, as Mark stated in your support ticket, the problem was related to the package hosted on Envato! So, we just downloaded your product from your dashboard (https://backup-guard.com) and installed that version. All find there now!
BTW: Our developers are working on this and will release an update where this issue will be resolved. Anyway, if anybody who bought the plugin from Envato Marketplace face this issue, I’d recommend to download the package from our server and check that version instead.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Backup Guard Pro@brighteritltd, this could be due to conflicts with other plugins which are non well developed and include their CSS/JS files everywhere! Could you please disable all your plugins, then re-enable them one by one to see which one causes this conflict. If you find the problematic plugin in your dashboard, we’d strongly recommend to report it to the respective plugin developers to let them fix this.
Please check it out and keep us posted about your progress.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] error modal don’t open@luiscastrillo, this could be due to conflicts with other plugins. Could you please try to disable your active plugins, then re-enable them one by one to see which one causes this issue. Sometimes 3rd party plugin developers do global CSS & JS includes by mistake, which causes conflicts. If that’s the case, please contact to the respective plugin developers to report this and ask fix this for you.
