    I have purchased since last year licence (thinking to upgrade). You dont have anymore customers support? I could submit ticket within the plugin before.

    @naxiand, this could be due to conflicts with other plugins. I’d recommend to disable your plugins, and re-enable them one by one to see which one cases this conflict.
