Once again, as in our email correspondence with you:
If your website is tottally down, you can restore it with TWO ways:
- Autonomous way:
- install new WordPress instead of your broken wordpress website;
- install Dropbox backup & restore plugin there and connect your Dropbox storage;
- start restoring process!
- Through our online service (aka “3rd party control panel”):
- add and select your broken website domain with FTP and Database credentials;
- add and select your your Dropbox storage;
- start restoring process!
To give us one star because, it can be, for some reason, our online service won’t be online… no other comments…

“If your website is tottally down, you will need a third party control panel for restoration of your website”. So, you can use our online backup/restore-panel. This is one of two methods.
Another one is to make a new WordPress installation, instead of the broken website. Then, install Dropbox backup and restore plugin there, connect your Dropbox storage and start restoring process. This is second method and it’s also simple.
