About your question, to be able to send the emails from the Edit product page metabox, you need that the product is out of stock.

In this case, you could try changing the product to out of stock for a moment, send the emails, and then update the stock again.

This because the plugin will only display the terms that have matching products, so in the case of the link you sent, only the Category and Color filters will be displayed.

Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have an integration with WooCommerce Bundles Products, which is why the calculations won’t work correctly.
In this case, you could disable the price change by going to YITH > Product Add-ons & Extra Options > General Settings > General options and disable the Change the product base price with the calculated total option.

Second, I checked the page you mentioned, and it seems while the waitlist fields are being displayed the HTML form element that should wrap them isn’t being displayed.
So I suggest you check with the theme developer if the is something preventing this HTML element from displayed in the page.
