In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] Can’t log in anymore!Hi,
Could you tell me what app your using e.g (Android or iOS)
Could you also tell me the version of the app that you are using?
Next could you on your login page press the “Switch to QR code” link and then scan that, does it log you in? if not what error/messages are displayed in app?
Best Wishes,
Ashley

Hi,
If you open a request here
https://getkeyy.com/premium-support/
You can then send me the email there privately and I’ll send you the invite then.

Hi,
On the current version no sadly, but the next version does.
Without the logs it’s hard to say exactly what it is, would it be possible to get a test username and password to the site? or would you be interested and able to send an email connected to your apple account and I will invite you to get the 1.2.4 beta?
If you can do either of the above could you open a support request here
https://getkeyy.com/premium-support/
If not my first guess at whats wrong would be a plugin blocking or disabling REST.
Best Wishes,
Ashley
Hi,
Sorry for the issues your having this could be REST related.
Could you please use the “report a problem” feature in the app this will give us the log files.
Best Wishes,
Ashley

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] Can’t loginHi,
Ok so you’ve logged in? and now have Keyy disabled
Before your phone broke did you export your key file?
If you did then you can just import that file on your new phone and continue using Keyy.
If you didn’t can you open up a re-establish identity request here
https://getkeyy.com/re-establish-identity/
Once we are happy your the account owner we can remove your public Key you will then be able to upload a new one and continue using Keyy.
Also here is the export/import guide

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] Can’t loginHi,
Can you expand on “crashed”? has the app crashed or has your phone broke?
e.g can you open the app back up and try again?
If your phone has broke and now you’re unable to use the app you can login either via the emergency login URL if you made note of this (This can be found on the page you first scan to connect Keyy)
Or if you don’t have this then you can put the following in your wp-config.php file
define(‘KEYY_DISABLE’, true);
This will disable Keyy logins and you will be able to login with your username and password.
If it is an issue with the app could you also use the “report a problem” feature in the app so we can get the log files from the phone.

Hi,
Could you open up a support request using the “report a problem” feature in the app this will give us the log files from the app.
It sounds like there could be another plugin interfering on the login page.

Ashley

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] Can’t get it to workHi,
Could you use the “report a problem” feature in the app so that we can get the log files, I will then pass this on to the Android developer.
Looking at the screenshot it seems that the app is unable to get a REST URL to communicate with the site.
This suggests that a plugin has either turned off REST or is blocking it.
Some examples would be plugins that put your site in “maintenance” mode or some WordFence rules block REST.
Could you check to see if you have anything like this installed?

Ashley

Hi,
Would you be able to send a link to the website?
What version of the plugin are you on?
I’ve just tested this on my local site and it works as expected maybe there is another plugin installed that is hiding the login form?
Best Wishes,
Ashley
Hi,
This isn’t currently possible with the current version of Keyy.
I will add this to our development list and should be out in a future release.

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] ‘Code required’ error messageHi,
Could you open up a support request using the “report a problem” in the app settings.
That will send me the device logs and I can check if theres a problem with the app.

Ashley
Hi,
Sorry for the delay can you use the “report a problem” feature in the app so that we can get the log file from the device.
This should allow us to check if it’s the app that is the issue or if there is a conflict between the two plugins.

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] ‘Code required’ error messageHi,
This sounds like you have some sort of two factor authentication plugin installed that requires you to append a one time code to the end of your password to login.
It looks like it could be WordFence
https://docs.wordfence.com/en/Cellphone_sign-in
I would suggest you disable this feature as Keyy already provides two factor authentication via the code scan.

Ashley
