Hi,
Could you use the “report a problem” feature in the app so that we can get the log files, I will then pass this on to the Android developer.
Looking at the screenshot it seems that the app is unable to get a REST URL to communicate with the site.
This suggests that a plugin has either turned off REST or is blocking it.
Some examples would be plugins that put your site in “maintenance” mode or some WordFence rules block REST.
Could you check to see if you have anything like this installed?
Best wishes,
Ashley

Hi,
No I’m not using any under construction plugin.
Also, I’m not seeing any “report problem” button in the app…?
Hey @catmaniax
Thanks for getting in touch ! Can you use the Contact Support feature in the menu please ? It will automatically attach a log for me to review.
Please do this at the time you get the error message. Thanks
I just sent you the email, please let me know.
Hey @catmaniax
Hope all is well with you !
Just want to quickly check if this was resolved. If it was not, do let me know and I’ll investigate right away.
If you find Keyy useful, then please give us a positive review, here: https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/keyy?rate=5#postform
(If we’re not yet worth 5 stars, then please don’t review, but instead reply here to let us know why not – reviews less than 5 stars bring our average down!).
Sorry for the late reply, Keyy is great so far but is lacking some basic features in its free version, like the ability to hide/remove the username/password fields from the wp-login page, much like what Clef did.
