Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
That popup should never appear if you’ve dismissed it.
So it sounds like the AJAX call to save the option to stop it from appearing again is failing for you.
Could you do it again but this time with your browsers developer console open, can you copy here any errors that appear and also the network call made by the plugin.
A guide to open your developer tools can be found here:

Hi,
Sorry about the delay over the weekend.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Backup folder in Dropbox is emptyHi,
Sorry for the delay over the weekend.
Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Great backup toolHi,
Thanks for using UpdraftPlus.
If you’ve disabled WP Cron and have your own Cron system running and your backups work then you can get rid of that warning.
Just add the following line to your wp-config.php
define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_DISABLE_WP_CRON_NOTICE’, true);
That will remove the warning.

The above warning is letting you know that the table wp_qbbyvw_postmeta is very big and budget shared hosting will probably fail to restore it.
If there were no errors then the backup was successful.
If you have correctly connected Google Drive then your backups should now be on your Google Drive account under the UpdraftPlus folder. If you haven’t properly connected Google Drive then the backups maybe stored on your server.
The backup log will help us better understand what has gone on.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, this seems to have gotten lost in the forum.
The free version backups up your database (which includes your posts and content)
It also backups your themes, plugins, uploads and anything else found inside wp-content.
The free version does not backup files outside of the wp-content directory.

Hi,
So that warning explains that you have the define DISABLE_WP_CRON somewhere in your install which as it suggests disables WordPress Cron.
In order for backups to work it needs some sort of Cron scheduler by default it will use the built in WordPress one so if thats disabled and nothing else is setup then backups won’t work.
In your case it appears the WordPress one is disabled but you have something else setup that allows your backups to work.
So you can safely ignore the above warning.

Hi,
Are you saying that when you have the above plugin active it causes the above error but with it disabled there is no error?
In which case it suggests that the plugin Woocommerce Analytics Pro is loading it’s version of the Google SDK on every admin page.
As a result the SDK UpdraftPlus needs is not being loaded instead a older or newer version that the Woocommerce Analytics Pro plugin is loading is then causing an error.
Could you open a support request with the owners of that plugin and ask that they restrict their plugin to only load their Google SDK on admin pages it’s needed on.

Ashley

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] for use on admin users onlyHi,
Yes that is possible via the premium version.
WordPress forums rules do not allow us to talk/support the premium version here.
If you have any other questions about the premium version can you open a request here and state that it is a pre sales question:

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Could you open a support request via the app, this will send us the device log files.
If you’ve removed the app without exporting your private key we will need to re-establish idenity when you send in the support request.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Could you please send us the latest backup log with this issue?
The contents will be to long to post here so you can use a service like pastebin or upload it to a remote storage location and share the link here.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Could you check that the backup your trying to restores name matches your website address?
Have you also recently upgraded from http to https?
If it is indeed the same site then you should be able to click past that warning and proceed.

Hi,
Sorry about the delay over the weekend.
I’m not sure if your the same person who sent the logs in via the app and is now locked out of their account and needs a reset?
If so please reply to my email there, as you will need to answer some secuirty questions before I reset your account.
It sounds like the Keyy scan is successful and initially adds the site to your site list, but then when it tries to send the key to your WordPress site an error occurs and it’s not able to make a connection so it then removes the site from your site list.
One possible cause would be a plugin or theme that disables the REST API normally security or site maintenance plugins do this.
Before we try and resolve the issue we will need to re-establish identity if your app is in a locked out state.
Best Wishes,
Ashley
