Hi ,
To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager. Please don’t paste the log here use a service such as pastebin or upload it to a service like Dropbox and share the link here.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Dropbox connection failHi all,
Do you have any security or maintenance mode plugins installed?
Would it be possible to disabled all other plugins and try again?

Ashley
Hi Both,
This message suggests that there is an issue with Curl requests from your server to Dropbox servers.
This could be a temporary problem at Dropbox, in which case could you try again.
If the error persists then can you contact your hosts and Dropbox to see if they can see any issues with the connection.

Ashley
Hi,
Looking at the log file it appears that your Dropbox has no storage space left.
Which is causing the uploads to fail.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] can not access my backupHi,
Sorry about the delay.
Can you view the backup log for that backup, can you confirm that the backup was successful?
If it was successful in Dropbox do the files have a file size.

Ashley
Hi,
sorry about the delay.
Looking at the first log file you posted in the initial post the only error there is that you don’t have the OneDrive addon (premium feature) this is expected.
Looking at the latest log file you sent, it shows no errors and the backup has successfully uploaded to Dropbox.
You also said you had two copies of everything in your Dropbox, this is probably two backups.
You can work out if they are different backups as they will have different times and a different job id (random characters) in the file name.

Ashley

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Check if backup is hackedHi,
Sorry about the delay.
The migrator addon is only needed if the domain name has changed.
For example you take a backup of example.com and want to restore it on example2.com as the domains are different the migrator addon will be needed.
If your restoring the backup on a fresh WordPress install on the same domain then it is fine.

Hi,
Your backups should be in the updraft folder if you did not upload them to remote storage.
If you did upload them to remote storage then they will be stored there e.g Dropbox, Google Drive
If your still not sure where they are stored you can share your latest backup log here and I can look through it to find out where they are.
Once you have your backup files you can follow this guide if you can access your wp-admin:
https://updraftplus.com/faqs/restore-site-updraftplus/
or if you can’t access wp-admin, you can follow this guide:

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Dropbox connection failHi Sunny,
Sorry about the delay.
It sounds like your browser or a browser addon is clearing your cookies which is causing you to be logged out of your WP site when you navigate to the Dropbox authentication sites.
Could you try another browser, or ensure that your cookies are not cleared when navigating away from a page.
Then try again

Ashley
Hi,
That is not possible sorry.
In the UpdraftPlus settings you should see a list of existing backups where they will be sorted by backup time for easier viewing.
Best Wishes,
Ashley
