Hello @eatse ,
Thanks for your messages. With the latest version of GreenShift, the plugin’s behavior toward YouTube videos has changed. Now, even when the Lightbox option is disabled, if the YouTube service (i.e. the one that blocks the youtube.com domain prior to consent) is active, the embedded YouTube video doesn’t load and these specific issues appear in the console:https://prnt.sc/TNUxsadkrTDr.
It seems that blocking the YouTube domain is no longer effective, which defeats the whole purpose of blocking it prior to consent, unfortunately.
Could you please confirm if you’re seeing the same behavior? In the meantime, I’ll discuss this internally 🙂

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Complianz vs. Elementor ProHello @mixali ,
Many thanks for the details. I have discussed this internally, and it has come up as a recurrent issue because we initiate frontend.js twice from Elementor; otherwise, we can’t block other scripts. We can’t block frontend.js either, as it is a combined file from Elementor. We have been dealing with this for years.
We have made some steps forward to solve this issue by proposing Elementor to be compliant with the WP Consent API (GitHub issue here), but nothing has moved.
So unfortunately, if Elementor doesn’t comply with the WP Consent API, the issue will likely persist.
I hope you can understand.
Best regards,
AntonioHello @maudepoulin ,
Thanks for the message. We have a detailed guide on how to translate the legal document with Polylang here. However, I believe this is not the case. Could you please check if the language codes are properly configured inside Polyang? Here’s a guide from Polylang itself. Please check it and let us know.

Thank you for reaching out.
I am sorry to hear that. Complianz does not affect the performance of the site to the point where it starts slowing down the entire site. I also see that you are using a cache to optimize the site. Could you please provide a log of these requests so we can understand the nature of the issue?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out.
The cookies are actually loading prior to consent because they might not be properly configured in GTM. As we suggest in our GTM guide, we recommend setting the complianz event categories as triggers. This prevents a tag from firing before consent is given. To enhance tracking, the Google Tag Manager script is loaded at the start of the page.
Please check this guide and let us know: https://complianz.io/definitive-guide-to-tag-manager-and-complianz/.

AntonioHello @oninmedia ,
Thank you for reaching out.I’m sorry to hear about the issue, and we appreciate the detailed overview. In this case, we kindly ask you to run the cookie scan once again and ensure that the cookies are synced in Wizard > Consent > Website Scan / cookiedatabase.org with all services properly configured, making sure they are placing cookies so the scanner can pick them up.
Please note that a service will only appear in the Cookie Policy if it has at least one cookie attached to it. For instance, Instagram may not be showing because no cookies are currently linked to the Instagram integration. The same applies to Site Kit, as it functions mainly as an implementation layer for Google Analytics / GTM and doesn’t place its own cookies.
Let us know if rescanning resolves the issue.

Thank you for reaching out.
You might be missing the French translations from WordPress. Can you please check if the translations are available for download at Dashboard > Updates > Translations > Update Translations?
Could you please share your site url? Once this is addressed, both pages will show in French, as it’s the main site language.
To show the document page in another language, you will need to use an external language plugin like WPML or Polylang. You can find our guide on how to do this here.
I hope this helps.

AntonioHello @anders160196 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are aware of that and we have reported this to Cloudflare to get some explanations, as it seems to be falsely claimed as phishing.
I hope you can understand.Hello @melonmedia ,
Thank you for reaching out.If correctly generated, the Privacy Policy will show as a document type inside the shortcode settings. Here’s a screenshot. Meanwhile, the Terms and Conditions document loads via a different shortcode as it is a standalone plugin, so it’s expected it won’t show (screenshot here).
Also, translating the document into another language won’t lose the synchronized state with the plugin. We suggest following the dedicated Polylang guide for translating the documents: https://complianz.io/translate-legal-documents-to-multiple-languages-with-polylang/.
With that said, as you mentioned yourself, you are a Premium user, and discussing a commercial plugin on the WordPress forum goes against the forum guidelines. Therefore, this thread will be closed. I kindly ask you to check out this thread: **PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST AN ISSUE**.
I hope this clarifies your doubts.

Thank you for reaching out. This issue is likely caused by an integration such as ‘Site Kit’, ‘MonsterInsights’, ‘Google Analytics for WooCommerce’, ‘GTM4WP’, or any other GTM-related implementation being enabled under Complianz -> Integrations. Disabling them should resolve the issue.
Please let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] RECAPTCHA problemHello @maxxo2 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear that. Are you using GravityForms to implement reCAPTCHA? With Gravity itself, we do not have any known incompatibilities, it might be due to caching. Can you please try to enable the service again and disable all the cache and CDN? If this solves the issue, excluding Complianz from it by following this guide could resolve the problem.
Please let us know. Looking forward to hearing hearing from you.Forum: Plugins

Sure! But please keep in mind that discussing a commercial plugin is not possible as the WP Forum guidelines state. Please have a look here first: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/please-read-before-you-post-an-issue-7/.
