Hi, I decided to write to Ninja after the first reply. Before I did, I decided to search the site for anything with “caldera” in it and I had two results:

./wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/includes/Database/CalderaSubmissionDataSource.phpI wrote to Ninja, explaining that I had converted from Caldera and that I had Wordfence and that it (WF) was reporting issues with plugins and they replied:
This file is part of our plugin and actively in use: ./wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/includes/Database/CalderaSubmissionDataSource.php
What this file does is access your previously existing Caldera Forms submissions for display on the submissions page. You should NOT delete that file as it is in current use (even if you don’t pull up old Caldera submissions.)
This file is part of some other plugin not associated with us, so I can’t speak to it with any familiarity:./wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/thirdparty/caldera-forms.cls.php.
Ninja Forms ReplySince then, I have had a further scan result and the two critical errors have now disappeared DESPITE NO ACTION HAVING BEEN TAKEN. Perhaps you could suggest what might be happening here.

Hi, I can report some progress. Soon after I posted, an unlock email arrived. I clicked the link and was able to login. I was expecting to have to unlock something or mark a blocked userid/ip/whatever as OK, but there were no clear instructions. So, I didn’t do anything.
I then tried to login without using the special link and I was successful. So, can you confirm that the issue is resolved once you have logged in with the link?
I asked my hosts to review the logs and I reproduce below. There seem to be issues with wordfence SQL?

In reply to: Error ThrownYes, and I have done that. My point of raising it here is to show that the WP Recovery doesn’t seem to cover this. Should it? It would be really helpful to get a recovery login and to disable plugins rather than trying to mess around with File Managers and PHPMYADMIN.

Right now, I don’t have any spare time to do that but I will put it on my list to see if I can get a window.
I should say though that I could launch QM from the site and it was using the bottom half (ish) of the admin screen for its display. Is this what you expect?

One thing that is puzzling is that it has only just started and I don’t recall a Chrome update. There have, though, been WordPress and plugin updates. I may try a disabling session to see if removing one or more plugins stabilises it.

I have had to remove the plugin now as it was just causing far too much confusion. But, if you have any tips to my questions then I can look again.
