    Thanks for that I have now dealt with the Airbnb reviews. I upgraded the licence and have now imported the Google reviews. For info, I used the Google Crawl method> I followed the video instructions and got my Search Terms of “Bright Property Management” – the panel was to the right but the plugin wasn’t happy. So, I used inspect in Chrome to get the data-pid and used that which worked fine. But, I thought you would like the feedback.

    I imported the reviews, set up a new template and they are now displayed on the site.

    So, many thanks for all your help. I am going to look at Facebook next – any tips?

    I have progressed with the Airbnb issue but I can report the following. Should a property NOT have any reviews on Airbnb, then you can’t set a filter for it as there is no page to select. If you don’t select a page then it appears to default to showing ALL reviews for ALL properties. So, I have just put some text saying “No Reviews yet” and I will have to remember to change that should any get imported. Unless I am doing this wrong?

    OK, moving on a bit. I can’t use the support on the plugin until I renew the licence. I WILL do that but I just need to get my head round things first.

    An update on the previous. I deleted all reviews from my WordPress and then reimported each URL individually and checked the resultant reviews. That then produced a clean set as previously I’d had funny results.

    Anyway, I am now clear on my URLs and the imported reviews. I now believe that the templates are for individual feeds and thus if you wish to restrict a feed then it needs a template to do that.

    So, I think I am getting there for Airbnb and will look at Google soon. Would you recommend getting the latest version prior to doing that? Did I understand you to say that you have new options within the plugin for Google reviews now? Mine only list Google Places for Google.

    OK, thanks for this. I have determined some URLs that fit the format and entered them. I then clicked retrieve and it imported all new reviews. The site then has a template defined for each feed – which I think is probably unnecessary as they are all the same. So, first question – can you share templates for multiple feeds? I am assuming the template ONLY formats and DOESN’T identify the feed?

    There is code similar to [wprevpro_usetemplate tid=”4″] on each accommodation with reviews and also a page for all reviews with the following [wprevpro_usetemplate tid=”5″] – and this one gives all reviews. That sort of makes me think that the template is connected to the feed. Is this so?

    I see something in Templates/Filter Settings called SELECT LOCATION and when you click this is shows all the reviews but they don’t seem to be identified by the name of the feed? The first one is listed as “Airbnb: Vacation Rentals, Cabins, Beach Houses, Unique Homes & Experiences10 (Airbnb) – pageid: Airbnb:VacationRentals,Cabins,BeachHouses,UniqueHomes&Experiences10_airbnb” which isn’t very helpful.

    Being as I have changed all the URLs – should I have deleted the old reviews first and then let it repopulate with new values? There are still some old reviews there.

    As for the support within the plugin – can I use that being as the licence has expired?

    Thanks for your reply. Most helpful. When you say “save attachment attributes as meta data” – could you be more specific as I’m a little confused there. Save the data as meta data for what?

    Do you have any suggestions of plugins that do some of what you suggest.

    I tried to reply via email but it hasn’t shown. Never mind.

    When changing the wp_posts table, is it just the post_content column to be changed or are there others. It appears I have 103 to change.

    Can I request a change to your fine product that allows it to use relative URLs? So, instead of the full path href=”https://history.hoverugby.club/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/1st-XV-1987-1988.jpg” we just have “/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/1st-XV-1987-1988.jpg”

    I tried to reply via email, so sorry if this gets duplicated but I don’t see the post.

    I can certainly try that. It is currently set to 400MB. I have been tracking this issue and it transpires that there is a IO Resource throttle on the hosting platform that gets broken by the backup process. So, the IO gets suspended and UDP doesn't get any resources to continue the backup and so fails.
    
    I have been experimenting with the settings and I have switched off the backing up of both plugins and themes and I have also excluded other directories such that I should only end up with my uploads directory.
    
    Given the above information, I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the action of 25MB archive split level will be helpful under the circumstances.
    
    I have also cut down the number of backups from daily to weekly - again, not ideal.
    
    Also, I wondered if there was some way I could do incremental backups. I know I need to Pro licence for that, but is there some way of doing a one off full back up and then switching on incremental only so the number of things to be backed up is a lot less?

    Thanks for these tips. MOST helpful. However, I am thinking that I have fallen fould of moving to a host that imposes greater limits on IO that previous hosts. This is causing (I believe!) UDP to be stalled when these resource limits are breached.

    I will look into the options in your FAQ post above and I will look at what the option limits are.

    OK, Can anyone help / is anyone interested?

    If there is no support at all for Updraft Plus then I see little point in persisting with it.

    I will try Jetpack or one from someone who proivides at least SOME assistance instead of this wall of silence from Updraftplus. Time to do some bad reviews I think!

    It appears that the backup gets suspended time after time and each time it is suspended then it waits longer and longer to restart and then finally disappears up it own cycle! Is this planned behaviour? Does the product have limits on what it can back up?

    As a thought, would anyone suggest removing updraft plus and then reinstalling and starting over? It is still failing on a daily basis and so all the current backups are fairly worthless.

    Can anyone advise if there will have to be any issues with databse tables? Does UDP use its own tables or WP tables? Will removing it remove all data from the tables thus allowing a clean install?

    Help would be appreciated if anyone has any input.

    OK, and I think light is beginning to dawn…

    I see a file on the old server that matches the one reported on the new. I ALSO see a further file there weith a LATER date (1 day after) with a similar name and in the same directory.

    Is it possible that the backup was somehow interrupted as the database was copied and that now the database or something is showing a lock or similar that is causing some grief?

    Hi there, Sadly, I got the following message when trying to do that.

    Loading log file (log.1a4672824414.txt) … 502 (UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON)

    It is LIKELY that the file for this is on the previous server. If you tell me the directory where I can find the file, then I can try and get it from the old server using Putty or similar and then post a link.

    I should say that I got the same message for all three of the current backups. 30/03, 29/03 and 28/03
