Hi Kate –
This bug should be fixed in version 2.2.1 which launched last night. Please let me know if it doesn’t work for you and I’ll investigate more. For now, I’m going to mark this ticket as closed and thanks again for the help.
Whoops – spoke too soon. The short of it is we were checking the wrong flag for the subscription confirmation checkbox, so if you had the popup toggled to show on the homepage, the confirmation checkbox worked, but if you had the homepage popup toggled off, then the subscription confirmation didn’t work correctly.
We’ll be including the fix for this bug in the next version of the plugin which hopefully goes out to the repository tonight.
Thanks again for reporting it!
Hi Kate –
I thought I fixed this in the last update, and assumed perhaps I had forgot to include the patched code in the last update based off you bug. I just ran a few tests on WordPress sites I manage running Leadin 2.2.0 and the checkbox seems to be toggling correctly.
What version of the plugin are you using if you don’t mind me asking?
Thanks!
– AndyHopefully by the end of the day tomorrow. Thanks for your patience and sorry for the issue.
Hi Kate –
Thank you for reporting the issue. You found a bug and we’ll fix it soon, most likely in the next version. I’ll make sure to circle back on this thread when we push the fix to the plugin directory so you can update the plugin and check out the subscription confirmation.
Thanks!
Hi Juan – Just quickly following up here to see if you can send me a sample page with the form that’s not sending email notifications. Thanks!

In reply to: [HubSpot All-In-One Marketing - Forms, Popups, Live Chat] Strange TimezoneHi Richard –
Just a quick follow up that the timezone issue is now fixed if you update to Leadin 2.2.0. We admittedly did forgot to apply the patch to the contact timeline view, but we’re pushing out a new minor version today which includes that bug fix.
I’m going to mark this as resolved and please let me know if the patch doesn’t take care of the timezone problem for you. Thanks again for letting us know!
That’s strange and sorry for the issue. Do you mind emailing me an administrative username login to your site so I can take a closer look? Sometimes the Leadin tables aren’t created correctly which could be breaking the plugin.
My email is andy@leadin.com. Thanks! We should be able to figure this out for you.
We pushed Leadin 2.2.0 to the plugin directory yesterday which includes a fix for this issue. I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved. Thanks again for your patience and please let me know if you’re still having problems after the update.
Hi there – we pushed the latest version to beta yesterday for one last round of testing and will publishing it to the plugin directory later today.
Thanks for your patience and the follow up. I will make sure to post back here when it’s live so you know when to update.
And thank you for your feedback and support 🙂

In reply to: [HubSpot All-In-One Marketing - Forms, Popups, Live Chat] Great UsefullThanks for the awesome review, Stivy! Glad we could help your business and thanks for sharing with your customers!
Leadin actually has a triggered scroll bottom right popup baked into the power-up as well… unfortunately you can’t have multiple popups enabled. That does seem like a good idea though and I’ll let you know if we offer that.
OptInMonster is actually my defacto recommendation for all things popups in WordPress. The team over there is great and that plugin works really well too.
Sorry about the incompatability. Leadin actually has a popup form feature baked right into the plugin itself – http://leadin.com/wordpress-subscribe-widget
Are you looking for something with different functionality?
I’m going to mark this issue as resolved because the thread is over two months old. If you’re still having issues let me know and I’ll help you get it debugged.
