Thanks for letting us know about this issue and sorry about the problems. We’re launching a fix for this in the next version which should (hopefully) solve your bug.

We haven’t rigorously tested LeadIn on WordPress multisite yet which is why this bug slipped by us.
The good news is I’m pretty sure I know how to fix it and will include a patch in the next version of LeadIn going out this week. I’ll post back here once we launch the fix.

Good point – we’ll have to look into the best way to present the submission data in the CSV file. Do you have a specific preference in mind?
Separating out the name fields into a meta element on each contact is something we are working on in a coming version as well. It seems trivial on the surface but actually takes a bit of engineering to setup correctly because LeadIn hooks into most forms without requiring configuration for specific ones.
Thanks for all your feedback so far and please do keep it coming. I’ll leave this ticket marked unresolved and circle back with you after we look into the exporting feature in the coming week.

We rolled in a fix into the next version of the plugin which should take care of the problem for others in the future.

I took a look at the source code of your website and I am not setting the leadin.js Javascript files.

Sorry for the issues and I’d like to help you figure this out as soon as possible.
If you log into your WordPress admin dashboard and go to LeadIn->Contacts, are you seeing the contacts in contacts table that you submitted?
Also, can you please post here or email me the URL you are trying to install LeadIn on and I’ll personally take a look to see if I can figure out what’s happening?

– What version of WordPress are you running?
