Can you send me a sample web page with the form in issue so I can take a deeper look?
Are you using SumoMe for your popup plugin which is the one that’s not working?
Leadin unfortunately doesn’t work with SumoMe anymore because that plugin doesn’t wrap it’s input fields in a <form> tag. I just noticed the incompatibility today and will be updating our README FAQ in the next release.
I’m going to close out this support ticket because I added the feature to our backlog of product ideas. If we add in the future, I’ll make sure to circle back here and let you know.
Sorry about the error message, Ivca.
This is happening because Leadin requires cURL to be installed on the server to run properly.
If you have access to your server and you are running a LAMP stack, you can install curl through the command line:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2939820/how-to-enable-curl-installed-ubuntu-lamp-stackI’ll work on disabling the raw error message in the next version of the plugin and instead try to move that message into the WordPress Dashboard using the built in alert component.
Please let me know if you need anymore help or have other questions.

I just wanted to let you know we fixed this bug in the next version of the plugin which we are hopefully launching tomorrow or early Monday.
I’ll circle back here when we push the fix to let you know when it’s live.
Hi informaweb –
Sorry about the issue! It looks like one of our function names is conflicting with an existing function name in another plugin.
I’ll add the fix in the next version which is hopefully launching to the plugin directory tomorrow. I’ll make sure to circle back here to let you know when the patch is live.
Cheers,
– AndyHi Glemarie –
We currently don’t have a way to share data between Leadin installations across different WordPress sites. Sorry about the inconvenience.
One of the good features of Leadin is that we store your data directly in your WordPress database, which means only you have access to it. Unfortunately this makes it impossible to share the data across different subdomains easily and without custom code. Each WordPress install runs on it’s own set of database tables and plugins don’t generally access each other’s information.
If enough of our user base requests this feature though, we may end up building it. We basically just take the feedback our users give us to determine what to build next, so thanks for sending in your thoughts.
We currently don’t have a way natively built into Leadin to allow for translation of the labels in the popup.
If you want to email me the translation for the fields you want to change I can create a special file for you to replace in your Leadin installation as a temporary fix. It’s not a permanent fix but it should take care of it for now.
Email me whenever you get a chance and I’ll spin up the file for you – andy@leadin.com

In reply to: [HubSpot All-In-One Marketing - Forms, Popups, Live Chat] https mixed contentWe included a fix for this issue in Leadin 2.0.1.
I see you already marked this ticket as resolved, but I wanted to let you know anyways in case you wanted to upgrade to the latest version.
Thanks again for your patience!
Hi Juan –
Sorry about the issue. Is your SMTP mail plugin configured correctly on your server? A good check is if you’re also receiving your Gravity Form email confirmations as well.
Can you also take a look at your server logs and check if Leadin is throwing any errors? You should be able to just search “leadin” inside the log files and see if there are any problems.
