Leadin works with most of the major WordPress form plugins and custom built HTML forms as well.
The only exceptions are forms that are not enclosed in a HTML <form> tag or if the form is loaded through an iFrame. If the form submits through Javascript we can’t detect that it’s a form, or if it’s an iFrame we can’t detect the submission because of cross site security reasons.

We don’t currently offer a way to tag visitors based off other events than a form submission. You’re not the first person to request that feature though and I’ve marked you down as someone to notify if we pursue building out that tool more.
Right now Leadin doesn’t sync with Google Analytics. What we found in our research is that most of our users don’t know how to use Google Analytics because the software is too complicated, so we elected to build something simpler. An integration is an interesting idea though and we’ll keep it mind.
Sorry I don’t have more immediate solutions for you. Our two-person team is working very hard to build out features as fast a possible while delivering delightful customer service, so we can’t move as fast as we’d like in an ideal world. Hope you understand and thanks for your support so far 🙂
Hmm – that’s weird. I just tested out the standard Jetpack sidebar subscription widget on my personal blog and it seems to be working.
