In reply to: [Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce] Paying for existing ordersHi @chrisatmogul,
Thank you for your message, and providing the detailed steps to reproduce.
The ability to pay for manually created orders with Afterpay outside of the WooCommerce checkout is not currently a feature offered by the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin. This request has been escalated with the engineering team for consideration and review.
Any updates will be distributed via the WordPress Plugin Directory.
Thank you.
Hi @meepmeepbee,
Thank you for your comments. The rich text editor accepts HTML img tags referencing any custom image URL. Although the Afterpay CDN images are recommended, merchants are welcome to host their own Afterpay artwork files in accordance with the Afterpay branding guidelines.
Regarding the “more info” box, an internal ticket has been raised to include the higher resolution versions of the information modal images. Please look out for a future release of the plugin including an item such as “higher resolution modal artwork for screens with high pixel density ratios”.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce] Great PluginHi @keithhill1968,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Afterpay team certainly encourage merchants to perform testing in their unique staging environments prior to updating their production environment. While the setup and maintenance of merchant environments are not covered by Afterpay’s free integration and support service, the team would be happy to assist with the setup of an Afterpay Sandbox Merchant account.
Furthermore, the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin is compatible with WordPress Multisite, so it is possible to run multiple websites on a single hosting service and configure the Afterpay plugin differently for each of them.
For assistance setting up a Sandbox Merchant account, please submit a dedicated support request from the Afterpay Help Centre here:
A team member will then reach out to you within 1 business day.
Thank you.

Hi @forgetme,
Thank you for your comment.
Internally, the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin has been tested and verified in WooCommerce versions 3.9.0-rc.2 and 4.0.0-rc.1.
In production, as of today, the majority of users are running the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin in parallel with version 3.9 of WooCommerce (including 3.9.2 and 3.9.3), and the upcoming release will declare support for WooCommerce version 4.0.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce] Compatibility with Aelia Multi-currencyHi @willrossi,
Thanks for your questions and detailed comments.
This topic represents a known challenge that is currently in discussion. A number of different suggestions have been put forward. There are no estimated timeframes at this stage.
The current iteration of the CBT offering is focussed primarily towards merchants who do not have an existing cross-border solution already in place. If it is necessary to present prices in multiple currencies throughout the WooCommerce store, and to have these prices precisely match what is presented to the consumer by Afterpay, there is only one way to achieve this at present. Multiple websites are required, each with their own separate base currency, and linked to a separate Afterpay Merchant account.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce] Compatibility with Aelia Multi-currencyHi @willrossi,
Thanks for following up.
As was touched on above, Afterpay only processes payments in the currency of the merchant account at this time. Please note that this must match the WooCommerce store currency. While the Afterpay plugin is not expected to have functional conflicts with third party currency converter plugins (these may be installed and active together without conflict), it is not currently possible to send an amount to Afterpay in any currency other than the merchant account currency. The option to select Afterpay as the payment method is therefore deliberately removed from the checkout if it is detected that a third party plugin has altered the amount and currency.
Happy to address any further questions as necessary.
Thank you.
Hi @radbrands,
Thank you for your message.
The Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin supports the discount functionality provided by WooCommerce core. Support for other third party plugins cannot be guaranteed. However, the team would be happy to assist with an investigation.
