• Hello – our customers aren’t receiving confirmation emails after their Afterpay orders have been approved.

    The order processes correctly -> receives an Afterpay reference number -> the status changes from Pending Payment to Processing -> however the email is never sent.

    Other payment methods work correctly, it’s only Afterpay that blocks emails.

    At the moment we are using Afterpay 2.1.3 (latest), Woocommerce 3.8.1 (latest), API v1, and compatibility mode is on (as custom meta fields weren’t being processed).

    Is there anything I can do to try and fix this problem?
