The issue can be closed because I did not get any assistance and I decided to stop using the plugin. I don’t think I will need any further assistance.

No answer is needed, I am no longer using Yoast.

The new post I wrote yesterday seems to have triggered the correct format e-mails after deleting and reinstalling the Subscribe2 plugin. If you choose to take this path, make sure to export the subscriber e-mails in CSV format. After deleting the plugin you will lose all the subscribers but you can easily select the entries in the first column of the spreadsheet and add them to public subscribers list.
I am marking this as resolved only in reference to my problem. I am not sure if the plugin needs to take care of some other issues that cause this issue.

Glad to be of help. That window is not even resizeable. My former programming and user interface design experience is coming handy!

I’ll be glad to provide a screen capture, actually a video capture so you can see the scrollbar appear and then disappear. Here is the link to the video, it will happen twice as I change the crop area and update again:
The computer is a Microsoft Surface Book, 3000 x 2000 with elements magnified 200% which is the default setting.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] 1.8.1 Does not work with NextGEN Gallery@ravanh, thank you. The new version 1.8.3 fixed this problem in Firefox and it works noticeably faster now. I appreciate your taking time to investigate and provide a fix for it. Thanks.

Cais, truth be told, the changes are beyond my pay grade! I still think it is more elegant to solve these parametrically, it is not a style issue at all. That said, as a user, a long time user of NextGEN Gallery free version, I cannot complain much. Just give my honest feedback.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] 1.8.1 Does not work with NextGEN GalleryI did try logging out in Firefox but it made no difference. The problem is limited to Easy Fancybox working in Firefox. In other browsers, it behaves fine. I will wait until there is a new version of Firefox. Until then, I switch to the built-in Fancybox in NextGEN Gallery on this site. That seems to work fine for your information.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] 1.8.1 Does not work with NextGEN GalleryI have also tested the page in Google Chrome browser and that displays the images properly. It is probably a Firefox glitch. At times it seems to have difficulty loading the arrow icons on the image too. I may be knocking on the wrong door, but no harm in your knowing the problem in case it may help you.

I will try removing the quotes or using single quotes and see what happens. You are right, it is a NextGEN problem.
I am using Windows 10, Firefox. This problem does not happen on Edge.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] 1.8.1 Does not work with NextGEN GalleryRavanH, I am back. There is still something odd going on. Yes, EFB now displays the images but it also displays a rectangle starting from the inner edge of the left arrow field and goes all the way to the left. It really interferes with the presentation. I heard from NextGEN team and then enabled the EFB. First, it did not work. I had to go back and “replace” the double-quotes once more although I had replaced them a few days ago after hearing from you. Then it started displaying the images but with that frame on the left side. I am using the latest version of Firefox and the same problem does not happen on my own site, https://www.keptlight.com
If there is no easy fix to make the double quotes stay and the gray frame be hidden I may go back to NextGEN Gallery Fancybox.
Cemal
By the way, if the mouse stays on the image the frame may not show. Click on the left arrow to see the frame. Now, move the mouse away from the image and navigate with the arrow keys. You will see the frame on the left.
