In reply to: [Post Types Order] A few questionsI installed the plugin on my live site:
https://www.keptlight.comand the behavior is the same. The reason I am trying to do this on the All Posts page is that the Reorder screen sorts the posts but that is not reflected on the front-end. What I do on display all posts page and navigate one page at a time to where I want to sort posts are reflected on the front end.
The same behavior I described above can be observed on the links below as well. The first link will display the posts in the new order (after I move to the right page on all posts and changing the order there) but the second link will not display them in the numerical order of the folios.

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Error reported via email from my installation@jnashhawkins, thank you for confirming that this was indeed a WordPress feature. Like you, I have not read the details of what’s new section.
May I suggest to the WordPress team that this feature would be more welcome if we could fill in a field with a keyword or phrase to be included in these messages as a sign of authenticity. That would also make sure that we all know the new feature that could send us alerts.
I hope more users who have not read the new and improved features of WordPress read this thread before ever getting this kind of alarming messages.
Thank you,
Cemal

In reply to: Error reported via email from my installationI probably could not make myself clear. How exactly do I know that this is a legitimate message and the link will not take me to never-never land? The message is not coming from Wordfence but from WordPress, presumably. Is this really a message created by WordPress monitoring my site? How can I tell that?

In reply to: Error reported via email from my installation@t-p, I forwarded the message to their support with the assumption that it was sone safe. But the message came from WordPress, not Wordfence. That’s why I posted it here hoping to get some validation or explanation. I don’t know if it is real or phishing and the presentation is scary.
As I said, I did not need to click the link because I was able to login to the site and everything looked functional.

@lizkarkoski, I will let the sleeping dog sleep! The site is working, plugin is functioning, the only thing disabled is the embed shortcodes fucntion of JetPack. I believe the StudioPress team is on the problem and in due time they will push a new update.
I do appreciate your feedback and suggestions, thank you.
Cemal
Thank you, @lizkarkoski, I have disconnected and reconnected a couple of times. But, the problem persisted until I disabled the embed shortcodes in JetPack. StudioPress acknowledged the problem and indicated that the development team would work on it with no promised date of arrival. We are operational once more.
Thanks again,
Cemal
@lizkarkoski, I have removed the shortcode that was broken. But I will be glad to show you a screen capture:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/87mo8ynwi5iyyw8/embedcode.jpg?dl=0
You will see the shortcodes in places pointed by the arrows. The one in the lower field is supposed to be the iframe code but is converted to a shortcode by JetPack shortcode embeds function apparently.

In reply to: [AgentPress Listings] Google Map shortcode broken after editing pageI have found the culprit. If I disable the shortcode embeds function, the AgentPress Listings plugin functions properly and the iframe code inserted into one of its fields remains as iframe. I hope that there will be a solution to make these plugins work without sacrificing from either one of them.
The problem is not resolved but I have a workaround while waiting for a solution from either side.

In reply to: [AgentPress Listings] Google Map shortcode broken after editing pageI confirm this behavior as well. Additionally, if I manually copy and paste the map shortcode from the map box to the listing content area, the map works and does not break. Here is the problem visually:
https://www.striveri.com/listings/259-ohio-ave-providence-ri/The first shortcode was properly displaying the map. I copied the shortcode from the map box and pasted it below the map token and updated the post. The first one broke but the manually pasted code works and will remain working. By the way, I did this to show a broken and a working map on the same listing. A second “update” of the post without doing any edits would have yielded the same broken shortcode display.
I am using the same 1.3.3 version of the plugin as well.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, somehow it has fixed itself as I have not made any changes on that site. Now, after a brief blink with blue squares, the images pop into their boxes. Your software has self-healing properties!
Thank you,
Cemal
Thank you @wp_media, I will wait for that.
