In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Problem to show my new event after creationHi @comvisu, interesting. I could see that you’re already updated The Events Calendar Plugin to v6.0.5, and still the issue persists.
Couple of things here:
- I could see that you’re using Varnish for caching Server Side. Could you try clearing that out and see if that makes a difference
- Under Divi → Theme Options → General → Performance, can you make sure that Enqueue jQuery Compatibility Script is disabled. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/divi-theme/
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] side bar filter is not workingHi @newtonyaminee, thanks for providing more information here. I could see that it has something to do with Autoptimize Javascript, which could be a conflict.
Please follow the article here on how to configure Autoptimize with The Events Calendar: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/using-the-events-calendar-with-autoptimize/

- Disable the Footer The Events Calendar Widget
- Clear Cache
- Try clicking on the next and previous buttons
Please let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] WP Bakery element broken after 6.0.2 updateHi @joshbour, interesting. We just released The Events Calendar 6.0.5. We fixed quite a few errors in this release, and it may have solved this issue as well. Please update and let us know if that fixes the issue here.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server and keep a working backup of your website.
Also, please clear any caching for both third-party plugins and server-side (if you have any). It would also be good to flush permalinks.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
AbzHi @wp_caiafa, sorry to hear about this. I visited your website, and it seems like a conflict is causing some Javascript issues. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
2. Switching to the Default theme. Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
AbzHi @andykeith, thanks for sharing the full query here. Yes, I’d like to confirm if it was related to another issue I was working on. It seems like it is not, and this is a new issue. I’d share this with our Devs to further investigate.
I’d let you know whenever I hear back from them. Appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Hang in there,

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Easy Digital Downloads v3 and AboveHi @johnnyjohnboy, thanks for providing more information here. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass it along to our devs.
I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.
For now, there’s no workaround other than scrolling down and then clicking back on the Edit Attendee Info Button. See the screen recording here: https://recordit.co/oIYzseqItK
If you do have other concerns or issues you need help with, please create another ticket, as it helps us track different issues.
Again, thank you for your patience. Hang in there.
Best,
Abz
