In reply to: [WooCommerce] My Account settingsHi @aklih,
On my test site that’s running on the Storefront theme, when I click on any of the /my-account/ dashboard links, the dashboard does not disappear.
Thus, this issue might be related to your theme. However, to be sure, kindly do a full conflict test to see if this is the case.
* If the issue does not persist when you change to a different theme, you will want to reach out to the Flatsome team to check further. Here’s their support page – https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319/support.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping default messageHi @wos2021,
It might be that you have a default customer location that does not match any zone, thus the reason you’re finding customers already matched to the default zone.
You’ll want to go to WooCommerce → Settings → General and set the default customer location to “No Location by Default”.
In addition, you could also set WooCommerce not to show shipping costs until an address is entered in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Options:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customers Aren’t Being Charged Shipping Or TaxHi @garrywithtwors,
Glad to hear that you were able to find the Printful settings to use to allow for tax calculations!
Now everything is working fine for taxes in the US/Canada. Shipping is corrected also. BUT it’s still not correctly calculating the tax for orders made abroad.
This might be related to your tax nexus as explained in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-tax/#automated-taxes-do-not-appear-to-be-calculating.
However, kindly get in touch with the Automatic Shipping and Taxes plugin support team so that they can assist you further.
* Just to mention, on this forum, we can only support the core WooCommerce plugin. For this reason, I request that you get further support on the following forum regarding these automated taxes as they are not part of the core WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-services/.
I’m also having another issue where a customer ordered an item almost a week ago and I still haven’t received the payment to my paypal but woocommerce is saying the order is completed and payment has been processed.
You’ll first want to check the order to confirm whether it was paid via PayPal or another payment method. If was paid via PayPal, kindly check your account and confirm if the transaction was completed or is on hold.
Let us know what you find.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sidebar issue in Category productsHi @johnpapi,
In your screenshot on the Appearance → Widgets screen, the widgets read “Filter Products by Attribute” and “No preview available”.
On my test site, when adding the widgets, I’m first prompted to select a specific attribute.

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/mjJfyc.jpgFrom there, the widget displays with a preview of the attribute chosen.

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/AMFCci.jpgThus, it is possible that there was an issue when adding the widgets on your site that’s leading to inconsistencies in their display.
Could you try adding the widgets again following the above sequence and see if the previews show when you add and also whether the issue persists on the front end?
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customise Email headerHi @hbqalty,
I realised that using outlook has that bug which is’cpanel name on behalf of’ followed by sender name and address.
This seems to be the case, though not quite sure it’s a bug.
I have a site without a WooCommerce installation and when I open emails on Outlook, they have that
cPanel on mysitedomain.com <cpanel@mysitedomain.com>.Thus, this is not quite a WooCommerce issue. If you’d like to make changes to it, I would propose getting in touch with your host.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sort By Returning Results Not FoundHi @angela2601,
As a first step, could you try to regenerate the product lookup table via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Product lookup tables then click Regenerate?
Once done, test to see if the sorting still returns a No Results Found page.
If it does, please do a conflict test to see if it’s one of the tools on your site causing the issue.Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Buyer’s email wildcardHi @mikepetersonwi,
As @maykato had mentioned, the customer should automatically receive an email when they place a new order.
You can resend them a Customer invoice/Order details email manually through the Edit Order screen but the customer will ideally have received these details in the initial email.Just to check, could you try placing an order on your site **using a non-admin email address** to test if no emails are received on the customer’s side?
If you do not receive an email as the customer, kindly follow this troubleshooting guide to try to find the cause and resolve the issue – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem with the coupon codes when the payment failsHi @wpxagency,
As explained in the previous thread, when a payment fails after the customer submits the order, an order will still be created. Thus, due to this order, the coupon code is deemed to be used.
You can free up the coupon by canceling the order or editing it via the order page to remove the coupon. Alternatively, if your customers are experiencing frequent payment fails, you can increase the usage limits of the coupon.
For reference on applying and removing coupons on the Edit order screen, kindly check this documentation – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/#applying-a-coupon.
Hope this helps, we’ll be happy to be of further assistance.
Many thanks.Forum: Plugins
