I visited your site and indeed, on category pages, some products have a different rating than the 5-star shown on the product page.
It might be your theme or one of the plugins you’re using that’s causing the issue. I would recommend first doing a conflict test to try and narrow down to the culprit. Here’s the conflict test guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

That said, I see that you’re using shipping classes. Ideally, they usually group products and are used with methods like Flat Rate Shipping, to provide different rates per class. However, they will not hide other shipping methods that a product qualifies for.
Thus, you will want to use a plugin that can hide shipping methods per product or shipping class. You can check out:

Thanks for getting back @islamfathi,
but after disabling plugins the shipping worked only with the admin account, it does not appear or calculated the shipping cost with unregistered users and other accounts.
Just to check, could you try doing the conflict test again but be sure to purge all cache from the caching plugins before disabling them? Further, you’ll want to do the full test, which involves deactivating plugins and then changing your theme, just to be thorough.
If the store still shows inconsistent shipping calculations, please share with us a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” then “Copy for support” and paste here.
