Hi @johnpapi,
I’ve not been able to replicate this on my test site, as multiple filters are showing using the widget in the Product category page.
It appears you’re using a cache plugin to optimize your pages. You’d want to deactivate that plugin and check again. Ideally, you’d want to run a full conflict test deactivating all plugins (except WooCommerce) and changing to the Storefront theme.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
Thanks.
Even I disabled all my plugins except woocomerce plugins and enable the storefront theme
Sidebar on category doesn’t appear.
On Shop page the sidebar is vissible.Check screenshots:

Also check the sidebar widgets: https://i.imgur.com/gCr0Kcw.png
Please let me know if you can resolve it.

Hi @johnpapi,
In your screenshot on the Appearance → Widgets screen, the widgets read “Filter Products by Attribute” and “No preview available”.
On my test site, when adding the widgets, I’m first prompted to select a specific attribute.

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/mjJfyc.jpgFrom there, the widget displays with a preview of the attribute chosen.

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/AMFCci.jpgThus, it is possible that there was an issue when adding the widgets on your site that’s leading to inconsistencies in their display.
Could you try adding the widgets again following the above sequence and see if the previews show when you add and also whether the issue persists on the front end?
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.Hello,
thank you for your reply.
I have already tried this and the results is to display as “no preview available”
Of course in frontend doesn’t appears.
Can you please resolve the issue?
Thanks
Let me know if you need access in my FTP/ ADMIN
Hey @johnpapi,
Thanks for getting back to us.
It appears that you’re using the Legacy Widget and not the Block-based Widget. It should work if you select the correct one with this icon:

Link to image: https://i.imgur.com/TRMPgAp.pngWidgets that were added to a Widget Area before the new Widgets Editor will continue to work – via the Legacy Widget block. Read more about this here – https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/how-to-guides/widgets/overview/#compatibility.
Hope this helps.
Thank you, I added but doesn’t works. Try to change filter, nothing will change.

I am having the same issue. No widgets are showing on Category pages. Every other page type is working fine…
Hi @johnpapi,
Checking the site, it seems that the filters on the category page (https://m-shoes.gr/product-category/paidika/) are woking quite okay:

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/vgtjY0.jpgKindly let us know if you’re facing any issues with the filters and share with us the steps to reproduce the problem.
Thanks.
Hi @galapogos01,
We’ll be happy to check your issue further but on a separate thread.
To proceed, kindly create a new thread here – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0.
Thanks.

Hello, no the issue is there. I just add a new third-party plugin in order to work the sidebar.Defaults widgets from woocomerce doesn’t work.
I’m worrired that you will not suggest any solution…
Hey @johnpapi,
Thanks for getting back.
The problem appears to be specific to your site or configuration, as both @abwaita and I were unable to reproduce the behavior on our test sites running a basic installation with the default theme and WooCommerce. Also, I can’t see any recent issues on this in Github, which is where general issues related to WooCommerce are raised.
What we recommend is to spin up a replica of the site, a staging site, where you could test the issue further without affecting the production site. Some hosts offer Staging sites, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.
Thanks.
Hi there,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
