We’ve had similar reports in the past from users that have installed plugins that add additional columns on top of the ones created by WooCommerce.
Could kindly go to the Products → All Products page the click Screen Options and only enable the following WooCommerce columns while disabling the rest?

On the contact us page, there are several options. Kindly follow the steps shared above by @rainfallnixfig to find the option to create a ticket with us:
1. Open the following page – https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/#sales-form
2. Click on the tab “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase.”
3. Click “Can’t find an answer? Contact us!”
You will be able to submit a ticket once you follow the above and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Thanks for the question.
You can allow customers to create an account on your /my-account/ page or during checkout. The account will have a dashboard from where users will be able to view their orders alongside other account details.
You can set this up from WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts and Privacy → Account Creation:

You’ll first want to do a full conflict test that involves switching to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One and deactivating all plugins apart from WooCommerce.
Once done, check if the issue is still present. If the issue is not present, activate the other tools (theme and plugins), one by one while checking if the issue returns till you find the one causing the issue.

I’ve already changed to a basic wordpress theme and the dashboard does not disappeaer
This seems to indicate that the issue lies with the Flatsome theme.
