On a test site, I changed the site language from English to Slovenčina but the edit address seems to still work.
It seems that the account endpoints screenshot you shared is not available, but I’d recommend using these default endpoints – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/#section-2.

Have you tried using some advanced search plugins that can search through attributes or categories?

if you buy a $ 30 product, have $ 70 left to use for a next purchase until the coupon is $ 0. Before it worked and now I have the problem that it does not work.
Had you set this up using another plugin, maybe one that offers store credit?
I ask because the inbuilt coupon feature will usually apply the discount value specified in the coupon amount value and it will not reduce in successive purchases.If you were using a different plugin, you’ll want to get in touch with the plugin authors of the specific plugin so that they can look further.
Generally, if it stopped working all of a sudden, it is likely that there was a plugin/theme conflict causing this. Thus, I’d suggest that you try to identify the tool causing the issue by doing a conflict test – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
On the other hand, I need to apply the coupon amount to the shipment. It’s possible?
Normally, the inbuilt WooCommerce coupons only apply to products/items in the cart. They do not apply to shipping fees though, as explained here. However, you can still use them to offer Free Shipping, as explained in the Free Shipping documentation.
That said, there are some plugins that offer shipping discount coupons. You might want to look at these options:

I’d recommend using the inbuilt block-based WooCommerce Filter Products by Price widget.
You should be able to add it to your sidebar from Appearance → Widgets.Hope this helps.

There are two approaches here: using custom code or page builder plugins.
