The option to select variations from a dropdown on the shop page is not coming from WooCommerce.
You’ll want to find out the tool adding this functionality and get in touch with the author for assistance. To do this, you’ll want to perform a conflict test, not because you have a conflict but just so that you can narrow down to the tool that is adding the variation dropdowns.

When checking the WP Mail Log email logs, it’s common to find that “\n” shown when you have more than 1 email in the recipient list. Emails still send out though.

Thus, it seems that WooCommerce is correctly generating the emails but they are not being sent out. Thus, you’ll want to investigate further by checking the following:
* Whether the emails are being sent but end up in another folder such as spam
* If there’s a plugin conflict that’s preventing the emails from being sent out. Here’s the conflict test guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
* If an SMTP plugin helps with the deliverability of the emails. We’ve discussed some options here.

You’ll first want to check with the fulfillment vendor whether they have an existing WooCommerce integration plugin or service.
I tried searching around but could not find a Customink WooCommerce integration. Thus, you’ll want to get in touch with the respective vendor (https://www.customink.com/) to see if you can make a custom integration to their service.
If this is possible, you’ll then want to consult with a developer (I’d suggest WooCommerce Customizations Partners ) to help further.

There’s not an inbuilt way to get the variation URL shown on the product page.
However, you can consider doing this with some custom code. There are some insights in this GitHub thread – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/12576.
You can check for other approaches on the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack.
Lastly, for assistance with custom coding, I’d recommend consulting with the WooCommerce Customizations Partners.
* Just to highlight a plugin option, we have the Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce extension that can display variations as individual simple products on the shop page.

Is the fix in the thread I linked to a temporary work around or will that be be a permanent fix that’ll cause the cart_hash to reset correctly when the user logs in from the checkout page?
Checking the other thread you referred to, I see the issue there isn’t quite the same as this one. The thread starter reported an issue of carts from different users mixing while on this thread, the reported issue is that the cart is not clearing after a user logs out.
That said, there are several suggestions on that thread, is it possible to share the particular one you’re referring to so that we can take a closer look and advise further?

If you’re updating an image but the changes are not observed on your site, it could be due to caching.
Thus, I’d recommend checking for any caching plugins that you have and purging all cache from them then check if the issue persists.

I searched around and came across this third-party plugin – https://codecanyon.net/item/download-file-name-for-woocommerce/4751240.
It advertises a feature of displaying file names, but not quite the size or type.
